Large open plan living area with polished boards, floor to ceiling glass doors open to the entertaining deck to take in the spectacular views. Living area includes SONY HD TV, Blue Ray/DVD player, stereo, leather lounge and quality furniture.

Two bedrooms have queen size beds and air con, one bedroom with twin beds, main with ensuite and LCD TV, all bedrooms downstairs. Modern well equiped stainless and granite kitchen. Main bathroom downstairs, extra toilet upstairs. Extra Family room with TV downstairs. Extensively landscaped grounds.

Split system airconditioning in living areas and two bedrooms, gas BBQ, outside hot shower, fully equiped laundry, solar hot water.

You can relax on the white sandy beach directly in front of the house, surf, swim, walk, or just relax in the landscaped grounds. The area is surrounded by National Parks and waterways, and there are a multitude of activities that can be enjoyed. Or you can just laze on one of the many pristine beaches or visit the local restaurants, cafes and wineries. Cook up a seafood feast fresh from the Laurieton seafood co-op, or go to the movies at Laurieton theatre.

Pilot Beach is just up the road and is the best kept secret on the coast - sheltered and ideal for children or swimming laps.

Dunbogan boatshed has fishing boats and kayaks for hire, as well as great coffee and fish feeding.

Surfing, fishing (river, lake, beach and deep sea), scuba diving and snorkeling, bushwalking, scenic drives, swimming, hang gliding and paragliding, windsurfing, waterskiing, cycling, horseriding, boating and canoeing, cruises, National Parks and Nature Reserves, forests, picnics, golf, tennis, squash, bowls, wine tasting, movies.

This is a fantastic area. You won't be disappointed.
