About Owner

I am a Landscape Contractor located in Burlington, WI. I enjoy the outdoors and my true love is bowhunting. I enjoy the cabin with my 4 year old daughter, family and friends.

Owner purchased this cabin in 2007

Why Owner chose Wisconsin

I chose this location because of the 133,000 acres available for hunting and recreation. It is located by the four- wheeler trails. Rock Dam Lake makes a great summer vacation destination for the whole family with swimming, fishing and boating.

Great place to relax

  • 5 of 5

The place was everything I expected when I got there. Cabin clean, lawn mowed nicely, nice fire pit for a night-time fire. I liked that it was on a private road, very quite and relaxing that way. I was there for my family reunion, and really was glad could stay and have extra days to visit with them. Went to High Ground in Neillsville, a must for everyone to see, great tribute to our veterans, the new Gulf War Memorial is going to be so nice. The owner was very nice to work with also. Kris

Beautiful Private Cabin

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful cabin in a very private location. There was plenty of room for the entire family & the kids loved the downstairs area with a big screen & plenty of games. It rained while we were there, but didn't bother us, we just played games inside & had a great time. Nice area for the firepit & had plenty of room to play outside games, while enjoying the fire. Having 2 bathrooms was very nice & the kitchen area has a nice large counter. If you want a very private get-away for the entire family---try this one out!!

Exactly what the Dr. Ordered!!!!

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was so charming and homey. The location definitely makes you feel as if you are getting away from it all. That is exactly what we were looking for! The weather was not cooperating with us at all that weekend, so the only true plans we made were to go check out the Leinenkugel Brewery. We ended up getting so comfortable at the cabin that we missed our tour!!! Just an FYI.... You WILL NOT have cell service, but we actually liked that we were truly getting away from it all.

We would like to rent again, and we have already recommended this cabin to some couples looking to go 4-wheeling this spring. The locals said the trails are really good.

What a great holiday

  • 5 of 5

This cabin is fantastic! You could not ask for a nicer place to stay. There is no internet, little cell phone coverage and I would not have it any other way. We had a great time and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get lost in rural America. The beach/playground is a stones throw away and if you are in the mood to go on an adventure, there is a cheese co-op a multitude of cheeses and features there own Gorgonzola and Blue. YUM! (about 7 miles down the road) We also enjoyed walking down the ATV / ski trails. Our favorite was this trail that followed the river for miles. It was beautiful.

Fun weekend

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had a great relaxing weekend at the cabin. Very well maintained and a perfect place to get away from it all. The kids went swimming at the lake and we toured a cheese-making family farm nearby. Next time we will bring the ATVs, the trails looked fun!
