The Town house is well equipped and close to all amenities only 120 metres to beach and surf club.Walk to the SKILLION

The bedrooms are on the ground floor and kitchen family room upstairs

The 3 bed town house has everything to help you enjoy your holiday.

The main double bedroom with balcony has an ensuite.and balcony . One of the other 2 bedrooms has a double bed, the other bedroom has single beds which can be converted to a double or remain as 2 singles.

There is an ensuite off main bedroom, main bathroom on lower level and upstairs toilet

If you wish to cook.,there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and electric oven

It is our family holiday home and is very well equiped.

The upstairs Lounge dining area has excellent ocean and beach views and balcony has an outdoor setting. Room has flat screen T V

The town house has a lane alongside which runs down to the Terrigal shops /restaurants and beach, surf club is 120 metres away.

There is an internal access from single garage under the townhouse. there is offstreet parking,the building is in a cul-de-sac.

Cost of accomodation varies with the season , but is always keenly priced to give great value for the money.

The current cost is $265 to $340 per night min,on weekends, with a min of 2 nights required., xmas min stay of 3 to 4 nights required

Payment required 7 days before staying. Midweek rates start at $220 per night for up to six people.

Linen can be supplied on request. at a small charge

There is a bond required and part payment required to reserve peak period accommodation.

Terrigal is a great place to relax

The closeness to the beach and restaurants mean you can park your car and walk every where.

Ideal for families with children who can walk on their own to the beach.

Good value for family or group

The location is very central and a couple of minutes walk to beach and restaurants. A quieter area than on or adjacent to esplanade.

Balcony on top floor has good views of the ocean and gets the sea breeze.

Older style apartment on inside with good facilities and spacious living/dining area.

We went to Terrigal for a wedding and this apartment met our budget and we chose it over the expensive hotel nearby.

Ideas for improvement are blinds in kitchen to reduce sun and heat in summer. Fans in the room do help and there is a small air conditioner. Parking was easy during our stay.

Overall good value. Owner was easy to deal with and responsive when we asked for more details on facilities before booking.

We loved the townhouse. It was in a fantastic location, very comfortable and with plenty of room. It had a nice outlook over the beach. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't have to drive anywhere. Great restaurants and cafes 1 minute walk away. Beach was perfect for our 3 children.
