If you are planning to invite additional guests please ring to make the additional payment ( $75 per person per night).

The adjoining 3 bedroom town house is also available if you are looking to accommodate a larger group.

The property is located on the quiet end of Franklin Parade near The Kent Reserve

Victor Beach House is a pleasant 15 minute meander from the Yilki precinct where you will find:-

The iconic "Yilki Store" where Ashley will sell you a paper, fresh bread, an ice cream, general store items and serve you the best bacon & egg breakfast in Victor Harbor.

Cafe 61 is the spot you will find the locals lined up for Fish & chips, pasta meals etc..dine in or take away

The Beach Hut is "almost famous " for its legendary pizzas and Indian Curries, dine in or take away, be sure to book early to dine in or order your take away...a favorite spot with locals and visitors.

Further around toward the Bluff you will find Eat @ Whalers, a special spot to take in the views and enjoy a meal or coffee and cake. Guests staying at Victor Beach House are offered a glass of bubbles when dining at "Eat @ Whalers"

15 minutes in the other direction and you will be in Victor Harbor, the famous Horse drawn tram which will take you out to Granite Island where you can take a good walk around the Island and enjoy spectacular sea views.

Big Duck Boat tours operate out of Encounter Bay, if you fancy some dolphin and seal spotting be sure to book on line at the Big Duck Site, if you let them know you are staying at 10 A Franklin Parade you will receive a 10 % discount on your booking. Be sure to remember to book online for your group.

Comfy couches in the upstairs lounge make the ideal spot for a relaxing session reading the papers over a lazy breakfast or looking out on beautiful Encounter Bay.
