Ideal for two couples. Downstairs bedroom has its own AC control and private bath. You must pay $25.00 for cleaning directly to the hotel as well as electricity. We encourage 'green' use and if you turn off AC and lights when you leave, cost should be less than $15 a day.
We live in Arizona and traveled to Nicaragua because we heard there were opportunities to buy beautiful property near the ocean. We were not disappointed. San Juan del Sur is a quaint, unspoiled village that has improved every year. The seafood restaurants are outstanding. In November of this year we saw Ballet Folklorico. The artists set up a stage right on Main Street and it seemed as if the whole town turned out. It was an excellent show!
Leah Pallin-Hill purchased this townhome in 2005
The villa was completely furnished and well appointed. It is turn key. We have round the clock security and housekeeping services. Palermo is the perfect second residence.
The climate is unsurpassed and sitting on our locally made rocking chairs looking out over the bay and the town are a real pleasure.
Villa 21 has a fantastic view of San Juan Del Sur bay. We had a view of the glorious sunsets every night. The service at the restaurant was impeccable, the staff are so attentive. Cleaners come everyday to empty your garbage and tidy up. They come once or twice a week to change bedding and give fresh towels, full cleaning of the villa. Shuttle service to town. One of the nicest places in Nicaragua to have the good fortune to stay at. Thank you Leah.,Thank you Palermo staff. We will be back.Grant and Darleen
