It is also only a 5 minute walk to the beach. This is a quiet dead end street on the river side with two decks which provides great breezes and sunsets.

Salisbury and Seabrook are great walking beaches. Sit on the back deck and get a glimpse of the ocean. Blue Ocean Music Hall, Sea Glass Restaurant, Newburyport and Portsmouth less than 20 minutes away
We had a blast, you have a great place. It was very easy to clean with the open concept and the flooring you have in there.
My uncle came up for a day who is in a wheelchair and was very impressed with how accessible the whole unit was to him, and the beach access right on the state line had the nice boardwalk that got him almost all the way to the beach which was great. Could be a good selling point for you. You may be hearing from him as he usually rents a place up there for a couple weeks every year.
Nice place, we appreciated the proximity of the beach and the backyard to hang around with the kids. The place was clean and welcoming and the neighborhood was safe.
I rented this unit for my daughter and her family. They have 3 young children, the youngest being a little over 1. The layout of the unit was exceptionally convenient for them. The 3 bedrooms provided ample privacy, while the living space was open, bright and perfect for the children to play. The washer and dryer were such a bonus, and all of the appliances worked as they should. The refrigerator was spotless, and there were lots of clean dishes and all of the necessary sundry items you need handy (paper towels, coffee filters, soap, etc.) The children loved sleeping in the bunk beds, and the adults felt very safe having them close by. The open design of the unit made it particularly safe for the youngest to roam freely. Since the visit was in winter, they didn't take advantage of being at the beach, but the views of the marsh were lovely.
Susan was so accommodating and helpful. She did a great job getting the unit ready and seeing that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend doing business with her, and I look forward to doing so again!
Susan and Pete are incredible to deal with. They return e-mails extremely quickly and take care of the proeprty as if they were staying the night there. The day we arrived, they had a "particularly tough" tenant leave shortly before we arrived and they had the place sparkling when we entered. The location is a 2 minute walk to the beach as advertised, yet close enough to the marsh that you're away from the noise of the roads. I would highly reccomend this property to all visitors, it made our trip memorable.
All eleven family members of 3 generations agreed that this was a great place to stay. Even the 4 small children felt at home. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach, near fish markets and farmer's markets yet out of the way of the busy road and crowded areas. The rental was very comfortable, and the two apartment design worked well for our family. There were times when we had 5 cars so the ample parking was a big plus. There was so much to do that we hope to go back next year. We especially enjoyed the nearby State Parks.
This place is dirty, and it is NOT a quiet dead end street. The apartment is damaged, which the pictures do not show. It also smells of dog urine. I had to leave the property after one night because I was so unhappy with the situation. I wish I had read a real review of this rental before I agreed. Buyer Beware!!! I would not recommend this place.
This was an awesome deal for us. Plenty of room, parking, and close to the beautiful beach. Only 10 minutes to all shopping needs. Owners very accommodating and most pleasant to deal with. Would recommend this home to friends and family, and hope to one day stay here again. S. Moore
