Welcome to our Maui Condominium in the highly desired building #7 at Kamaole Sands. Our TOP ''A'' rated garden view, one bedroom, two bath condo (plus queen sleeper sofa) features new living & dining room furniture with flat screen TV, new carpet and fully equipped kitchen. Unit also includes air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom.

We pay the Kamaole Sands $50 Resort Fees for you which entitles you to: Free Maui News morning paper, Free Maui Magazine, Free local calls and more. WIFI Internet Service is also available in our unit at No Extra Charge so bring your laptop. The unit is fully equipped for your enjoyment with beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, cooler and more.

Our condo and its lanai is a Smoke Free Zone. Smoking is allowed at seven designated smoking benches around the periphery of the property.

Kamaole Sands is a lush 15-acre property located in sunny South Kihei. The property has beautifully manicured grounds, four tennis courts, eight barbecues, swimming pool with children's wading pool, and two Jacuzzis. A short two minute walk across the street is one of Maui's most famous beaches, Kamaole Beach Park III, where you can swim, boogieboard, surf, or enjoy whale watching (seasonal) and enchanting Maui sunsets.

The resort provides onsite services and is within walking distance of nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The front desk is open 24 hours and offers complimentary coffee (7am-9am) in the reception area daily. Facilities also include a Cyber-cafe at the main office for guests who wish to leave their computers at home.

Enjoy complimentary weekly Mai Tai parties at the pool. Visit the on-site Expedia Events Center to easily plan and book activities including snorkel trips, sunset cruises, helicopter tours, whale watching, biking Haleakala, and more. Enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast the morning after your arrival for island orientation. Just minutes away is the famous Wailea Resort with world class golf, shopping, dining, spas, and more fantastic snorkeling beaches.

We chose Kamaole Sands for its excellent location in Kihei and proximity to the beach. It also has a wonderful pool and great BBQ areas. It's a great location for families, newlyweds and retirees alike.

What makes this condo unique

We love our unit for its location within the complex. The ground floor access and garden location are ideal. It's perfectly situated between the beach, pool and BBQs. We offer an upgraded condo in a comfortable setting with all of the amenities of home.

Amazing Maui Condo Experience

Our stay in Glenn and Laurie's condo was a great experience! The chilled bottle of wine and glasses that greeted us were a wonderfully welcoming way to start our stay. The condo was very clean and well organized. It had updated beautifully done bathrooms. We were comfortable and happy during our entire stay. We slept well every night. We would truly recommend this condo for someone staying at Kamaole Sands. Our condo on the first floor of bldg. 7 was close to both the pool and beach! Sherry and Steve Sullivan

A excellent place to stay

It is so well equipped, from the kitchen down to the beach needs; plus so close to everything; the pool and the BBQ'r. Plus we could walk across to the road to beach or walk to any shopping we needed!

Magical Maui . . .

Thankyou Laurie & Glenn for allow us to stay in your Maui home!

The ground floor access to Kamole Sands beautiful courtyard & pool was simple. Proximaty to Kamaole Beach III made morning walks on the beach a habit. And Laurie, the complimentary bottle of wine was very appreciated, sitting in the supplied beach chairs, at Kamaole Beach for one of Maui's spectacular sunsets . . . a few more bottles of wine were purchased, as sipping wine, watching sunsets almost became a habit too!

Being able walk a few minutes to restaurants was also a treat; Fred's Mexican Cafe & 808 Bistro for breakfast, Moose McGillycuddy's for Happy Hour, Cafe O'Lei for dinner. We also discovered a 'hidden gem' for breakfast & lunch in N.Kihei, Chez Meme Bistro & Bakery . . . worth the drive!

Being relatively new to the world of VRBO, only one other rental, my opinion of the rental process probably doesn't 'carry much weight'! But I can't imagine anyone else being easier, more accommodating than Laurie . . . her page said response to emails within an hour, it was always within minutes. . . down to sending me a personnel email with the link to making the final payment, because I couldn't figure out how to do it on the VRBO site.

That being said, we are already in the process of planning our return to KS and Laurie & Glenn's condo in 2017.

Our home away from home!

What can I say that hasn't been said already. We come back year after year and stay in this perfect condo that feels like our home away from home. We can't imagine not coming back to Maui and staying here. It's perfect location for walking to 808 Bistro for dinner where you can take your own bottle of wine and not have to worry about driving home. A short walk across the beach during the day to lounge in the sun and going snorkelling. If you're not into sitting all day on the beach, the pool is relaxing with a snack bar if you get thirsty or hungry and don't feel like walking the short distance back to the condo. In the evenings, take your drinks across the street and catch the most amazing sunsets. The condo is fully loaded with anything you need for the beach, use the cooler to pack a lunch and go for a drive to Hana. Thanks Laurie for making our holidays in Maui perfect. Counting down to 2017!!

Can't wait to go back!

We loved Kamaole Sands! The grounds were beautiful, and very well looked after. The condo was comfortable, and had air conditioning. Our friends stayed in another condo on the property, without air conditioning, and they suffered with the heat at night. The bottle of wine left in the fridge was very much appritiated after a long flight. Great location, good beach, within walking distance to restaurants, and shopping. Thanks Laurie and Glen for everything!
