Self Catering 2-3 person spacious apartment in stunning location.

The apartment has a sea view and a private sun terrace with BBQ and exclusive off road car parking for the guests' car. (Car is essential) There is a beautiful community pool (security key access) only a 2 minute walk away. Sun beds and patio furniture are all provided for the sun terrace. The apartment sleeps 2 in a very spacious bedroom (Vispring King Size Bed) and additionally has a double sofa bed in the large living area. Bed linen & towels are provided.

There are restaurants, bars, pharmacy, doctors, supermarket, banks and fantastic beaches all within a short drive of the apartment. (A bar and restaurant is a short walk away). Cumbre del Sol is a select residential area that additionally offers tennis, horse riding, and Spanish boulle (called Petanca). There is also a nature park adjacent to the area that offers good walking routes. The nearest beach is only a 3 minute drive away (Playa Moraig), with other EEC blue flag beaches nearby.

  • The fully tiled family bathroom boasts a large modern shower in addition to the hand basin and WC. Bath, Hand and Beach towels are all included. Additionally a hair dryer and straighteners are also provided.

  • The ground floor apartment (Casa Anchor) sleeps 2/3 people in great comfort. The spacious bedroom has one 'Vispring' king size bed. The double sofa bed in the large open plan living area can sleep the third person separately, or a single bed can be added to the main bedroom on request. All bed linen is provided. The living area is also comfortably furnished with a sofa, recliner chair, coffee table. There is English & Spanish free to air TV, DVD and Radio and some DVD's are provided. The living area extends into a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, etc and a dining table that seats 4 comfortably. Additionally there is an iron, ironing board, clothes airer and a security safe that complements the facilities offered in this bright roomy apartment. For the safety of our guests, the apartment does not have any gas appliances.

Directly outside your apartment the sun terrace is equipped with sun beds and patio furniture together with a BBQ to ensure that you can enjoy your holiday to the full. The beautiful large community pool (personal key access only) is very quiet and is less than a 2 minute stroll away. There is off road parking for your car immediately in front of the apartment.

Just Perfect place to stay

On arrival we were given a very friendly welcome by Andy and Tanya, The apartment did not disappoint, its location, sunny patio with sea views. The appartment was very clean and so well equipped including lots of extras such as beach towels, cool boxes, sun umbrellas BBQ and a safe were all a bonus.

We were lucky to have extremely good weather during our stay and found the Poole such a pleasant place to go for a swim to cool off.

The location was great for touring the area with plenty of beaches, shops and restaurants close by .

We even spent a lovely evening chatting over a few glasses of wine with Andy and Tanya who are excellent hosts with so much knowledge of the area which was so helpful to us.

Andy and Tanya are very discreet and do not intrude but are available to help or advise should you need it.

We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and quite sure it would not disappoint should you decide to book a stay.

what a wonderful haven!

our second time staying with Andy and Tanya in their beautiful and well-appointed apartment, this looks like becoming an annual fixture as we love it so much! If you're thinking of staying here, then book it up immediately, you will be welcomed warmly and generously: they think of everything and if you still need something, it's provided as soon as possible. Whatever your desires with regard to activity, they can advise, but we just love completely relaxing on the stunning beach or by the quiet pool and we leave restored and refreshed. There are so many restaurants to explore too, the mountains are magnificent, quaint hill-top villages beckon, but you will be happy just enjoying the peaceful and well-equipped apartment too. We love it!

We could not ask for more!

Comfortable apartment in stunning location. Great and discrete hosts with loads of tips on what to see and where to eat. Terrace, swimming pool, beach equipment and many more made our stay a really great one.

We spent a wonderful week in Cumbre del Sol with our 3,5 year old daughter enjoyig beaches in Moraira (sand) and Javea (stones) and sightseeing Guadalest, Fonts d'Algar and Valencia.

Car is essential and good driving skills are useful too. Those looking for attractions outside the apartment must be prepared for a lot of steep hills and sharp turns. The views compensate this inconvenience though.

We truly recommend the apartment to those looking fro peace and comfort!

The reason we provide all beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrella, cool box with ice blocks) is so that people can bring more clothing and items that are important to them, rather than using up their baggage allowance on the items that we provide for free. A perfect holiday home

Andy & Tanya greeted us when we arrived, which was lovely, you certainly don't get a personal greeting like that in any hotel. Straight away we knew we had found a perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday right down to chairs to take to the beach along with an umbrella and beach towels, no small detail is overlooked.

The area is very beautiful and scenic and if you are looking to get fit you certainly can as the surrounding area is rather hilly but very stunning, where ever you go there is either amazing views of the sea and coastline or stunning views of the mountains and the sunrises are not to be missed you can see them from the living room and the colours are spectacular.

Andy and Tanya may have started off as our hosts but were firm friends when we left and we look forward to seeing them again soon.

We can't thank them enough for making our holiday so special.

beautiful apartment in excellent location!

we stayed in this gorgeous apartment at the end of August, Andy and Tanya couldn't have been more helpful with information on location, walks and restaurants, as well as welcoming us warmly to their spotless, well-equipped apartment. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area, the pool was idyllic and we usually had it to ourselves, The local beach is good for swimming, lovely sunrises, good cafe...(get yourself some rubber swimming shoes for the pebble beach) The bed was most comfortable, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped - it was all in all a perfect restful holiday and highly recommended!

Nearby are the towns of Moraira & Javea.

There are a good choice of restaurants, café's and shops at Moraira as well as a beautiful marina and promenade area. The beaches at Moraira are fine golden sand (EEC blue flag). Moraira has a cosmopolitan feel about it and is a great place to sit and have a coffee or meal and people watch.

Javea also has fine golden sandy beaches, many restaurants, an old port area and good shopping opportunities.

Locally there are 3 Golf Courses, Horse Riding, Tennis, Diving and Walking in the nearby National Park Area.

The towns of Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, and Denia are within easy reach.

The Terra Mitica Theme Park, Safari Animal Park and Aqualandia Water Park are only 30 - 40 minutes away.

This part of the Costa Blanca has a lot to offer everyone and an information book is supplied in the apartment to help you plan your days out.

The apartment lies midway between Alicante Airport & Valencia Airport which are 1 hour away.
