Great house of Cantabrian style of two floors and attic, with 3 balconies in solana and two covered porches.

The first floor has a large covered and furnished outdoor porch, an impressive suite composed of two double bedrooms and its bathroom; plus a double bedroom with bathroom en suite.

The second floor has a large covered porch and furnished with living area and dining area; a living room of approx 25 m2 with views of the countryside, large wood burning fireplace, large windows, three large sofas; a dining room for 12 people with windows to the garden; a very bright kitchen and laundry; a guest toilet; three double bedrooms, a bathroom. Cantabrian style runway balcony.

The loft is a double bedroom with king size bed, large windows to the garden, its full bathroom en suite and a study-library. In total, 7 double bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a toilet.

The 1998 m² garden surrounds the entire house, with a parking area for several cars, a playground and a meadow with some rocks outcropping and large trees.

The surroundings are free houses and town houses, some old, others newer, stone, always large gardens, orchards, fruit trees.

From the house the environment is idyllic of gardens, forest and mountain, only some houses are entertained, the privacy is total; only the bells of the church, the birds, and in the afternoon the return of the cows, everything invites to disconnect.

From the village and without taking the car, you can follow the Camino de Santiago hiking trails on foot, by bicycle or on horseback, and climb the Monte Corona.

Do not forget to visit, 5 km away, the Oyambre beach, linked to the Oyambre national park by the Ria de la Rabia, with bird observatories, and the stunning beach of Gerra (surf).

For those who enjoy cultural tourism, they have the historic seaside villages of the coast, with their Romanesque or Baroque churches: comillas offers the route of its modernist architecture and Santillana de mar its medieval set. Do not miss the Altamira caves and the prehistoric caves of the Soplao and the Viesgo bridge.

Children will prefer to visit the magnificent zoo of the Cabárceno natural park.

The Rovacías golf course is 2 km away, in quotation marks. The 18-hole Santa Marina golf course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, is 20 minutes away by car. Oyambre Golf, 15 minutes by car, has a 9-hole course in front of the sea.

The capital of Cantabria, Santander, is less than 50 km away. The Santander airport is 40 km away.

Charming house with its own large garden, recently built, all stone and wood, very bright and cozy, French furniture, with large windows to its large garden, perfectly decorated and ready to receive 14 people, with 7 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms complete.

It is set in the old town of Ruiloba, typical Cantabrian village consists of gardens, orchards and old houses and cobbled streets surrounding the church of the Assumption and the town square with its Cantabrian bowling. The landscape is rolling hills and green pastures and forests, with very mild temperatures. His two closest beaches are the quotes (1.5 km) and Luaña (4 km)

The nearest villages are the fishing villages of quotes (1.2 km from the house), San Vicente de la barquera (9 km away and the medieval town of Santillana sea (about 10 km).

A 5 km west large protected beaches Oyambre and Gerra, over 3 km long stretch.

Frame the set the spectacular scenery of the Picos de Europa looming to the south west.
