Smashing and peaceful holidays!

  • 5 of 5

Many many thanks for this wonderful stay! Our trip was simply magic, fantastic views too and the flat was just brilliant, everything was provided there for our comfort. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of room, little terraces everywhere from which you could enjoy the view ,the sun, and the quietness! Not to mention the smashing help of Elia, always eagger to give information, advice and help to ease the organization.Think of hiring a car before getting there as it tends to be busy.Definitely a place I would recommend and go back to!

Beautiful, tranquil with amazing views..

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this home for a week in July and it was really beautiful. I have to say that no photographs could stretch enough the beauty and tranquility we found on our arrival. Elia, the lovely home owner was right in saying that the only problem we would find is leaving the house, since we only went out for dinner once. The rest of the nights we enjoyed cooking dinner and relaxing after a long day at Farangas beach, which became our local. We did snorkeling, which was great since we saw starfish, octopuses, rainbow fish and all sorts of pretty and interesting creatures under water. From the beginning of our communication to the end of our holiday, Elia was more than helpful and always available to answer our queries.. It was one of the best holidays to day and the beautiful location as well as the peacefulness and quietness of this property, set on an otherwise very busy island, certainly contributed to our overall experience. A big thank you to Elia and her family for their hospitality and to Petros the caretaker for his help throughout our stay. I hope we will be back soon..

Charming and quiet house with amazing seaview

  • 5 of 5

We spent one week in May in Elia's house in May

It is quite close to villages - less than 10 mins drive

Inside of the house has a very nice setup - and outside terraces ( there are 3) are just exceptional, as you can see the Egean see from each of them.

Nothing misses, clear and clean house , very confortable and charming.

Elia is very concerned by the well-being of her guests, and was extremely helpful to send back in France valuable items that we left in the house.

She was also very responsive when we asked for details before renting the house.

The pictures rare very realistic and give a true idea of the house.

We warmly recommand this place !

A charming location

  • 5 of 5

I spent two weeks in Paros this summer from the 25th of July to the 8th of August with my husband and my fifteen years old daughter in this charming villa.

The location on the hill - very close to the beaches (five minutes by car)- is enchanting: wherever you look at sea! In front of you Antiparos island and fantastic sunsets.

The beautiful cycladic style villa has a peculiar charm and it is full furnished and equiped.

Everywhere there are beautiful ornaments, decorations, lanterns.

There are a lot of indoor and outdoor relaxing areas where you can read and drink something or enjoy the view.

Windows are like pictures of the landscape.

In the large courtyard there's a big and peculiar wood table where you can have lunch and dinner; there's also a sofa made of stone where you can sit and enjoy the view of Antiparos island.

On the other side of the house there's another smaller patio, suitable to have a tête-a-tête drink or a cup of coffee.

Also in the garden there's a relaxing area, sheltered from the wind, with sofas, chairs and small tables.

Bedrooms, which are located downstairs, are spacious and have big built-in wardrobes.

On the large and lovely top-floor area is located the third double bed and a sofa.

The living room has a wonderful view: you can stay here on the sofa to read, watch television or listen to music (high-quality audio e video devices).

The two bathrooms are not so spacious, but they have everything you need and they are very beautiful with their peculiar cycladic style.

In the kitchen you can find everything you need to cook: big and small electric household appliances, kitchen utensils, big quality pottery.

Very good house keeping.

We enjoyed very much the welcome package and in particular we appreciated the owner's kindness and customer attention.

We recommend this charming location because everything in it suggests that the owners love it very much and they wish you stay here as you stay at home.

Paros (115 miles /185 km away from Piraeus, Athens) is an island in the central Aegean Sea, part of the Cyclades complex. The island has a vast and continuous history from the ancient years till the present time. History from all eras is present on each corner of the island: ancient ruins (parts of the ancient famous Parian marble mines still exist in the area of Marpissa), byzantine churches, enetic traces, monasteries.

Paros is famous for its sandy beaches, the sunny atmosphere, the serenity of its climate, its characteristic Cyclical architecture with whitewash walls and blue-painted doors and shutters, its excellent local agricultural products and winery, its friendly and hospitable people. It combines the quiet province life with numbers of tourists from all over the world. One can enjoy many kind of activities from sight seeing to more active sports such as wind surfing (some of Paros beaches are worldwide Known for their wind surfing activities), diving or sailing and the intensity of its outgoing day or night life.

The capital, Paroikia, is situated on a bay on the north-west side of the island. Other important settlements are Naoussa, Aliki and Lefkes. Some of the most popular beaches are Chrissi Akti (Golden Beach), Naousa Bay, Parikia, Dryos, Faragas and Kolibithres.
