Will return again next vacation. Lovely views, house is amazing, having a pool outside the kitchen is top shelf! Quiet village below, great local restaurants, close to marina. Perfect! William and his workers were very attentive. Bravo!

We rented La Roca III for our yearly family reunion and had a lovely time. The views from every single room in the property are simply breathtaking. The Property is wonderfully furnished, beds and linens are comfortable. The pool has a heater which was great to turn on for our evening dives. We had such a great time at the property that we didn't even explore the nearby beaches!!! William, the property manager, was super nice, always available and responded promptly to all our requests. I cannot wait to come back.
Still feeling the hurricane had an impact in the area, but great response with any needs! Breathtaking views and very local flavor to PR! Quiet pace of life and many activities within walking distance. Beaches and food were the highlights as well as the flyboarding..
The location, house and most importantly, the view, are perfection.

The pictures do not do this property justice. From the moment you walk in till you check out you enjoy a million dollar view in a home with beautiful finishes and everything you need to enjoy your stay. We literally spent the entire week in this area (Fajardo)and never ran out of things to do, great beaches, great food/restaurants, natural reserve, lighthouse tour, bio bay.......
the owners/property managers were very responsive to any requests or questions we had. A highlight was chef Luis coming into the home and preparing an exceptional meal, all arranged by the property managers.

Our Luxurious Villa is located at Las Croabas Fisherman's village near famous El Conquistador Resort. Breathtaking views of Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve, Bioluminescent bay and Seven Seas Beach. We are 16.9 miles away from El Yunque Rainforest and 9.7 miles from Jose Aponte de la Torre Airport.
