Great cozy cabin
Had a wonderful weekend celebrating a very special person in an extremely beautiful place. Thank you for your hospitality. Kerry Anderson
An absolute charm in Wawona
The photos do not do this property justice. It is an immaculate home that is spacious, clean and comfy all at the same time. My family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again!
Great place within Yosemite park
Really nice lodge inside Yosemite. The Checkin instructions were wrong (said the key was under the mat) and we ended up in the wrong lodge.
The place is spacious, high ceilings, clean. Towels, soaps were provided.
Only issue we had was it was hot during our stay and the place has no AC. Even with windows kept open at night, it was still 80+ in the bedrooms at night and we had a hard time sleeping. Dianne was very helpful and brought up some extra cooler/fans the last night and it did make a difference. I think this is a great place with facilities close by to stay for an extended period of time during cooler times.
Lovely, comfortable, spacious.
Our family of 4 adults couldn’t have found a better place. Inside the park entrance with all the comforts of home. We were initially concerned there was no ac in the house during a heat wave but the house actually stayed cool during the day and was comfortable when we returned home from a day of hiking. Close to Mariposa Grove but a solid hour drive to Yosemite Valley, and the curvy mountain roads are stressful at night. But still an awesome place to stay for a Yosemite vacation. We all agreed it was the perfect choice.
We had a lovely stay. The place is about an hour away from Yosemite Valley. It’s near a great hike to a beautiful waterfall. The home is new, but it does not have a/c which was a bummer. It got kind of hot and stuffy in the afternoons especially in the upstairs bedrooms.
The owners are not flexible with checkin/checkout time. And it would have been nice if they would have notified us in advance that the only television, which Is in the living room, wasn’t working.
Also, purchase food and gas up before getting to Yosemite otherwise be ready to pay premium prices for it.
Clean house and good location
We loved the house and the location. We would definitely stay here again. It took about an hour to the Valley floor each day but the drive was beautiful. There are two markets and gas close by which is convenient. We had trouble getting the T.V. on and working when we first arrived. The next day the T.V. would not work at all but a maintenance person was sent out and they fixed it. The maintenance person indicated a cord came disconnected behind the T.V. The issue was resolved and other than that, it was a perfect vacation.
