The building in Carrer de Provenza has just been refurbished in December 2011. The 8 apartments in this building have been completely rebuilt with the best materials, while the structures remain their romanticist look. It is equipped with a modern elevator and has a beautiful roof top terrace.

The Eixample apartments have an excellent location, right in the heart of Eixample, very close to Passeig de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya. There are a total of 8 apartments, all of them two-bedroom apartments with a maximum capacity of 4 guests. All units are fitted with a kitchen fully equipped with top brand appliances, and feature bathrooms with shower made with the finest of finishes. Each apartment is provided with a 32” television and free wireless internet. There is also central-heating and air-conditioning throughout the whole apartment. The building has an elevator. On the top floor there is a roof terrace from where you can enjoy a glass of wine with friends or simply lie back and soak up the sun. The Eixample apartments are an excellent choice for those who search the best location in Barcelona.

This house is located in the center of the so called “Quadrat d’Or” on the intersection of Carrer de Provença and Carrer d’Enric Granados. Both streets are completely lined with trees. ’Enric Granados is a one-lane road with cycle path. It is full of art nouveau architecture, libraries, art galleries, fashion and furniture showrooms, trendy street cafes, excellent restaurants and stylish cocktail bars. This neighborhood is the birthplace of Catalan Arts and Crafts and the cot of Barcelona’s design. Close to the apartment you have two subway stations, Diagonal (L3 to Passeig de Gracia, Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas and L5 to Estació de Sants or Sagrada Familia) and Passeig de Gracia (L3 and L4 to Catedral, El Born, Barceloneta and the beaches) and the FGC station Provença (to Plaça de Catalunya).
