About this property

Spacious Holiday Home 5 minutes drive from the beach - Child friendly sleeps 10

**WE DO NOT ACCEPT LESS THAN 30 DAY RENTALS
Family Friend Beautiful Home 5 minute Uber to Beach, restaurants, Parks, YMCA, all major stores. We have 5 room and 5 bathrooms to easily sleep 10 people. Large backyard for BBQ's at night & large kitchen for fantastic in-home dining. We have Central AC & Heating, Free Wifi, a playroom with tv/toys, washer/dryer, pack n plays, crib, 2 car garage. Our home is surrounded by fantastic walking trails, a great children's park. Direct TV, Internet, Movie channels. We are 3 exits from Legoland, 5 minutes drive to the beach and strip with restaurants and shopping. NO PETS (Sorry - allergy issues)

Bed breakdown:
Downstair:
1) Guestroom downstairs has a queen bed and private bathroom/shower.
**there is also a powder bathroom downstairs for all access.
**There is a large couch in the playroom for sleeping (we dont count this as a sleeping it is very comfortable if needed

Upstairs:
1) Master bedroom: - Large Kindsize bed with private toilet, shower and bathtub.
2) There is an ensuite that connects to the masterbedroom with a queen bed but it would share the bathroom with the masterbedroom
3) Bedroom#1 - Queen bed with private bathroom (I also have a crib in this room)
4) Bedroom #2 - There is a full size mattress (wood bed) I can also add a queen mattress here.

** I have a pack n play, and blow-up mattress too.

Our HOA for the housing community has a strict 10 pm noise policy. If house guests are making excessive noise after 10Pm there will be a fine applied.

We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing. It was just remodeled.
Location of the house was fantastic! I brought my grandkids and we had so much fun taking them to the beach and park. The kids loved the playroom and trampoline in the back yard. I would high recommend this property to a family. The owners would fantastic- gave us a lot of info about the area.
