The house is really nice and convenient to work or stay with family or friends.

In the center of Cannes, in an oasis of calm and greenery, enjoy the strap on Ground and 1st floor of a beautiful house (3 levels) completely renovated, with air conditioning, WiFi and all facilities: very large all with dressing rooms or storage.

All rooms open onto a beautiful garden with terraces and pool not overlooked.

It is very central (you do not need a car to get around) although it is in a quiet and peaceful area 5 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals, La Croisette, the town center with all its shops , the beach, train station, etc ....

In the district (2 min walk) you will find all the shops you need: supermarket, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, etc ...

All parts of the house are large and very bright; they are bathed in sunlight and views of the garden, terraces, or pool.

The villa has 5 bright and large bedrooms (each with a double bed 2 new or very recent places, (plus a sofa bed for 2 and cot if needed), 3 large bathrooms, 1 with Balneotherapy and 2 WC separated. Bathrooms, shower rooms and toilets are all with windows.

In addition you can enjoy a large green garden, a beautiful and nice pool, wifi, private parking for several cars, if needed, and all at barely 5 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals, La Croisette, Rue d'Antibes, the beach, and very close to all amenities: supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, snack bar, restaurants, shops, etc ...

The house is as follows:

At ground floor:

A large living room of 40m2 with leather sofas and all amenities including a large screen TV (140 cm), Hi-Fi, Satellite, DVD player, etc ...), white lacquer furniture, with in its wake a beautiful south facing terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

Following the visit, the dining room with a large table in sycamore, and its leather chairs, a fireplace, and a bar that makes continuity with the kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen: elctromenager of new and modern:

American fridge, oven, hob, microwave oven, coffee maker Nespresso, toaster, kitchen furniture in matt lacquer, ... with the bar open to the living room.

A beautiful master bedroom, overlooking the garden and pool, with its large dressing room, air conditioning, TV, and a shower room with Italian window.

Also on the ground floor, a separate toilet with window.

On the first floor:

Four nice big bright and spacious rooms, all air conditioned with large closets and each with a bed 2 places.

One bedroom has a 20m2 surface with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool, and a convertible sofa (2 seats) in addition to the bed 2 places.

A large bathroom with tub 'spa', windows and spacious closets.

A large shower room with washing machine and window.

A separate toilet and window.

Outside:

Garden and fully furnished terraces: several outdoor lounges, covered pergola summer, tables and chairs, deckchairs, ping-pong table, gas barbecue, large parasol, private parking for several cars, etc ....

The south facing garden, with stunning Mediterranean trees (olive centennial palm, etc ..) is quiet and the pool is not overlooked.
