This one bedroom vacation rental is located on Westminster Bridge Road next to Lambeth North Underground Station. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a 6 story modern building which has an elevator. The building also has a tranquil communal garden for your enjoyment as well as a security system for your safety.

Although this is a one-bedroom apartment, it can accommodate more than expected due to a fully sprung double sofa bed and a further fold up chair bed for a fifth person in the living room. The open layout includes a fully equipped modern kitchen as well as a designated dining area. The spacious bedroom has a kingsize bed. Laundry facilities are conveniently located inside the apartment. There is also a deep soak bathtub for your relaxation after a long day of exploring the wonderful city of London!

Fresh linen and towels provided and free internet wifi.

Who doesn't love London?

My first priority is a clean, quiet, safe location for our family of 5 and this definitely met our needs. Unfortunately there was a strike on the day of our arrival which made poor Sherry late for meeting us but she was in constant contact with her arrival time (almost impossible with multiple travel options disrupted; even our walking was delayed by overcrowded pedestrians) which I greatly appreciated. She also encouraged us to call if we needed anything. We didn't but it was a nice safety net. Gave us a quick but efficient tour of the apartment. The lobby door are automatically locked. The apartment was amazingly quiet for city center and I'm a light sleeper (thick walls & good windows). As far as the other building tenants, I think we saw neighbors only at the entrance and never heard anyone during our stay. Rooms were welcomely warm after a long day in the city esp in January. Thankful for two TVs so we could relax and recuperate for the next day's adventure. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies( salt, sugar, oil, whatever else other people have left behind-so I was even able to enjoy a cup of cocoa which was welcome after a cold walk in the rain). Lambeth Station was closed for renovation during our stay but Waterloo station is a mere 5, maybe 10 minute walk so that's another option to keep in mind. Very convenient to getting to the sites-though we chose to walk and enjoy the views. One of the wish-I-knew (but my own fault) is how many options for a quick meal at the Tesco-very nice grocery store with nice fresh fruit, frozen pizza, salads. We did use the Pret-A-Manager near Waterloo station for sandwiches and wraps. Cost about $50 for us to eat a reasonable meal back in the apartment. Deposit was returned as stated. So yes, we would stay there again...if we can get back to London soon! Keeping fingers crossed!

Perfect Location

Perfect Location, easy access. Although Lambeth North Station is closed during our stay, there are many buses in front of the apartment that goes to many places in central London. Many restaurants and supermarket. You can walk or take bus to Waterloo Station. Jamie is very responsive in answering your enquiry and his assistant Sherry is very friendly. Thanks to Jamie and Sherry. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location, Fabulous Stay!

Fabulous stay with all the amenities we needed, in very tidy flat. Very family friendly with kitchen, laundry, and full bathroom! Jamie and Sherry were very accommodating with our ever changing arrival and we were met with a very warm greeting late at night. Underground and Waterloo Stations, restaurants, shops, attractions, and hop-on-off stop all in walking distance - highly recommend The Three Stags. Very happy with this property and plan on staying again in the future!

Second time we have stayed here (from Australia) and will happily do so again.

Clean, everything you need, friendly and trustworthy owners, great local shops and cafe's, a few steps from underground station and bus stops and only10 min walk to Waterloo station for overground trains.

Only one tiny niggle, the pillows were a bit lumpy - however I've no doubt that if we'd mentioned it to Jamie at the time, they would have been replaced.

We've now stayed in both summer and winter. Summer - the windows open for a beautiful breeze and fans are also there if required. Winter - the flat is snug as a bug in a rug - lovely to come home to.

The apartment is situated in Lambeth North, a great location that provides a variety of many things to do and see.

In the immediate vicinity of this apartment there are various restaurants such as the Italian restaurant Cotto ( across the road and the delicious Cuban restaurant, Cubana ( To really submerge yourself in the British culture you could check out the pub, The Horse and Stables ( or the the Three Stags ( for the best Sunday Roast Dinner around.

Local street Lower Marsh has a daily street food market as well as many independent retail shops and cafes, bars and restaurants. Greensmiths ( is a local supermarket with a real difference – a butcher, a baker, a greengrocer, a coffee specialist, and a wine merchant. The famous Marie's cafe serves traditional English breakfasts by day and home made thai food in the evening.

For those who enjoy relaxing in the park, look no further than Archbishops Park which has a huge children's playground for all ages. The beautiful Jubilee Gardens in front of the London Eye has a park and climbing equipment.

Nearby are many tourist attractions such as Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye, also known as the Millennium Wheel. If you enjoy museums don't miss out on the Imperial War Museum and gardens, but if you prefer theatre, make sure you attend the National Theatre or the Old Vic Theatre. This apartment is only 20 metres from Lambeth North Tube station which gives you easy access to the Bakerloo Line allowing you to have fast transport within and around the city – 10 minutes to Oxford Circus and 20 minutes to Westfield Shopping Centre. A bus stop opposite the apartment allows you to hop on the 148 bus and take a direct trip to Buckingham Palace. This vacation rental is in the centre of London, a perfect place for you to come home to after you explore the city!
