The bedroom provides a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps and a hairdryer. The bathroom is located across from the bedroom and provides a walk-in shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. A small utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found off the open plan area.
This property is in the heart of the city centre and can therefore be subject to noise, particularly at weekends.
The flat is accessed via a narrow, unlit footpath leading to the entrance area/courtyard for the flat, which is to the rear of the building.
Unfortunately, at this present time, there are also ongoing building works close by.
