This property is in a convenient location. 2 streets up from the beach/promenade & pier and an easy walk to uptown White Rock for the larger shopping stores/more restaurants/Yoga studios. It's all here for you in. It's quiet and safe. The unit is clean, modern and cozy. Cooking in the unit is such a nice option to have to save money instead of going out for all 3 meals.
What makes this Apartment unique
Start your morning from this suite taking steps down to the beach, enjoy a walk along a well paved walk way along the ocean and down the pier. You can catch a tour boat from the pier for whale watching, eat at one of many restaurants and cafes on the strip. Soak of the clean fresh ocean air. This location is awesome.

Lovely apartment, beautiful view
My husband and I spent 2-1/2 weeks in this lovely, cozy apartment while visiting family in the area. It was the perfect size for us -- cozy but with every amenity one could ask for -- a fully stocked kitchen and lots of bedding linens and towels. The ocean view is spectacular and the proximity to the main street and beach only a few minutes walk away. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the White Rock area.
The apartment is bright, airy, very well decorated and immaculate. The deck offers an amazing view of the ocean. The location is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The property manager Ginger is attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Amazing ocean view in White Rock
Place was super cozy. Great balcony andd view of water. Perfect location, two blocks from Marine Dr. Couldn't have enjoyed it more.
We had a lovely view of White Rock Beach from the deck. The inside of the suite was very beachy and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!
Pacific Coast getaway
Very nice one BR with a balcony overlooking the Semiahmoo Bay. Easy walk to the shore or restaurants on Pacific Ave.
With a population of 19,399, White Rock is located in the southwest corner of the Lower Mainland, 45 kilometres from Vancouver and only five minutes to the Canada/US border. We are an exciting seaside community clustered around an eight kilometre sandy beach and the warm shallow waters of Semiahmoo Bay.
Because of our moderate climate, White Rock is a preferred visited spot. The average summer temperature is 23 degrees Celsius while the winter average temperature is six degrees Celsius.
The waterfront includes a promenade that is two and a half kilometres long, fully accessible to the disabled and parents with strollers. The heritage pier, train station, large beached "white rock", and colourful sidewalk cafes create a special ambience throughout the area.
Commercial meets residential along the waterfront as well as in the Town Centre where you will find a number of apartment buildings with retail stores on the ground level. A variety of specialty shops dot White Rock.
From single-family homes on small lots, to estate lots and multiple family homes, White Rock has a wide selection of housing. Ocean views from some sites are breathtaking.
Commuting to Vancouver takes about one hour. Dedicated bus and high-occupancy vehicle lanes make public transportation and car or vanpooling appealing.
White Rock has two primary schools and in association with neighbouring South Surrey, there are four secondary schools.
Recreation facilities and programs are excellent. Some include the Promenade and Centennial Park, with its ice arena, curling rink and ravine trails.
