The house can sleep up to 4 people comfortably, with 2 bedrooms, consisting of 1 double (140cm), 1 twin (2 beds 90cm), all situated on the 1st floor.
Downstairs there is a kitchen with a washing machine, bathroom (bath/shower), toilet and large living/dining room with television (english/french channels) and DVD player.
Outside there is off street parking, enclosed garden, garden furniture and BBQ.
Within the village of Pléven you will find a convenience store (fresh bread etc.). The nearby village of Pledeliac, just 5 minutes’ drive away, has a bakery, an award winning butcher, local food store, pharmacy and hairdresser
Many supermarkets and shops are all within close proximity, less than 10mins to the town of Lamballe or Plancoet.
The town of Lamballe is noted for its weekly market held on Thursday mornings. Also within the town there is a large heated swimming pool open all year round.
Within 10 mins you will find the pretty village of Jugon Les Lacs hosting many activities (sailing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, catamarans and dinghies) as well as indoor pool and waterpark (open April-Oct) which boasts a fabulous view over the lake.
On your doorstep you will find trails to explore, in the Hunaudaye or nearby St Alban forests. There is also the stunning chateau Hunaudaye and creperie, serving locally grown produce for traditional savory galettes and sweet crepes.
Less than an hour west along the coast to the pretty port of Paimpol where you can take the ferry across to the stunning Île de Bréhat. Also within 30mins east along the coast are the beaches and villages of Erquy, Frehel, St. Cast and Plévenon where you will find the amazing Fort la Latte - built in the 14th century and restored in the 20th century – which majestically looks out over the sea.
Should you crave the hustle and bustle of city life, the capital of Brittany, Rennes is less than an hour away. Offering stunning architecture in the old town alongside the modern shopping and retail spaces of the city.
