Spacious nice cottage
Although the weather was a bit could for June, we did have a great time in Blairgowrie. The village is a good place to start day trips in all directions.
The cottage has a lot of space. We slept well. It is quite at night, but in the morning a lot of working traffic. Because of the colder weather we did not use the private garden, but enjoyed the blooming elderberry there a lot.
The owner answers questions very quickly and friendly.
The only thing missing to us, was more space to dry clothing.
Very cosy cottage and has everything you need
Lovely warm and cosy cottage, short walk from the centre of town. It is very easy to find and has everything you need for your visit.
Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely positive review. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
Really quaint wee cottage in a great location.
Nice & cosy during the day. Perfect fully enclosed garden for the dogs. Great walks round about.
Thank you for another lovely positive review which demonstrates that the cottage is really comfortable and very dog friendly, with lots of walks right from the front door and a safe garden.
Very good property
Had a lovely stay in a cosy house with a very safe back garden. Good location. House was spotless and felt like a real home from home. Would definitely recommend staying here and would return.
10 mins walk takes you into the center of blairgowrie and I enjoyed doing that most days.
Its also a good property to take your dog.
20 mins drive takes you to places like scone palace, dunkeld and Stanley mills. 40 mins takes you to pitlochry and aberfeldy area.

A perfect location and home for a week
Chose Blairgowrie as a central location for a week....running the Aberfeldy Half Marathon, family visited from Kirkcaldy, friends visited from the Black Isle....suited all of it !!
Bungalow very spacious in hallway, bedroom, lounge and dining area. Kitchen and bathroom wee.....but served their purpose well !! Kitchen very well equipped.
Garden was excellent for the dogs, very safe.
Some very nice walks from the bungalow itself which was nice not having to use the car. Couple of days out to Pitlochry and Braemar both Nice drives and views.
Nice to meet the owners too, very helpful.

Blairgowrie is a pleasant country town which offers a good range of locally-owned shops and restaurants, pubs and takeaways. For more extensive facilties, the cities of Dundee and Perth offer modern shopping centres with easy parking, leisure centres with swimming pools, cinemas, ice-skating, and bowling. This region showcases all that is best about Scotland - being the gateway to the Highlands the area is rich in glens, castles, lochs and mountain views. Favourite places to visit on a day out include Balmoral, Glamis Castle, Scone Palace, Blair Atholl Castle and the Hermitage at Dunkeld. A little further afield takes the visitor to the historic town of St Andrews which offers outstanding golf, atmospheric buildings, lovely beaches and good shopping and dining.
For a taste of local culture, organised events include Highland Games as well as very good theatres in Perth, Dundee and Pitlochry. The area is also rich in country houses and gardens as well as museums and art galleries.
