Citilet House, Uniquely located facing the Mediterranean Sea and the Festival Palace. Panorama views of the sea and old harbour. Only 3 minutes walk to the sandy beaches. All apartments are newly and individually refurbished to a high Citilet standard, with marble floors and bathrooms, fitted kitchens, and tastefully furnished for both comfort and ease of living. Facing South with French-style windows accessing several balconies, each apartment benefits from all-day sunshine and magnificent views of the harbour promenade and the Bay of Cannes. Close to the famous Forville fresh-food market, the town’s best restaurants and the historic old town. Citilet House is ideal for both leisure and business visitors.

Citilet 3: Citilet 3 has a south-facing balcony with café tables seating 6 people with a panorama view to the sea. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with air-condition. First bedroom has one double bed, second bedroom with twin beds. Third bedroom with twin beds.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Citilet 3 easily accommodates 6 adults. Each bedroom has balcony doors to the balcony with the most magnificent views of the whole bay of Cannes and the mountains behind Nice

The living room has 2 sofas and 2 sofachairs seating 6-8 people, 42 ins flat screen with Sky Sport, BBC etc. DVD player, wireless broadband internet. The dining area has table seating 8-10 people. The kitchen is open and efficient, with all modern facilities, Citilet 3 was renovated only 3 years ago and has marble floors throughout. The facade was renovated last year.

Citilet 3 has 4 min walk to the sea and beach : Citilet 3 is south facing and overlooks the old hatrbour, and the bay of Cannes, it is only 3-4 min. walk to the sandy beaches of Cannes as well as the festival palace.

Each of the bedrooms have air-condition.

You do not need a car in this location as it is so close to everything. However, should you wish to bring a car, you can prebook car parking (in the Ferrage car park) online. You can book a week's parking for just € 68. This car park is just 1 minute walk from the apartment and is enclosed, secure and monitored. Please ask us to provide you with the website link.

What makes this apartment unique

Citilet house is unique, it is from 1900 and therefor has the style of the turn of the century. It has Lion heads as decoration on the front. And inside the most amazing vies of the old Cannes harbour and the Mediterranean Sea. No picture can be as beautiful as this view.

5 Wonderful years

With our 2 daughters and our teenage son we have now been staying in Citilet 3 for 5 years during the month of August, by now we feel that the apartment is almost ours! Cathy the housekeeper looks after it the same way we would if it really did belong to us. But, alas…

We have booked Citilet 3 for 4 weeks in August again for 2010. We like staying in Citilet because the building itself is elegant, the apartment is light, spacious and stylish and equipped to a high standard, the location is the best in Cannes, and from a service point of view we feel we are getting a little bit extra.

Great summer in Cannes

I just wanted to thank you for the use of your beautiful apartment in Cannes. We had an absolutely wonderful week there. The apartment itself is just fantastic, the views of the sea and harbor are amazing, it is so bright and spacious and location could not have been more beautiful and central with the vegetable and fruit market just there, nearly by the front door. I have told all of my friends about it since came home.

You have obliviously taken very careful consideration to ensure all amenities and needs are fulfilled in equipping the apartment out, ie from everything a kitchen needs to an iPod cradle and Sky TV. What more can one ask for! You are very fortunate to have Cathy there, she is a lovely lady, her English is great and she was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and places to go.

I look forward to staying in the apartment again and I think I even have my friends converted from staying in hotels to the independence of an apartment.

Having taken many holidays in Cannes, we have never found a property in such a good location and in the most amazing and attractive setting. The apartment itself is clean, elegant, spacious and stylish and equipped to a high standard. Moreover, its position in Cannes is ideal -, with a lovely view of the beautiful old harbor and coastline. The situation is top !!!!! thank you and see you next year.

Great vacation

We spent a terrific week here with our 2 adult teenagers in September 2008.

It was exactly what we hoped it would be and very much as described and the photos doesn’t do it justice.

The apartment was really impressive, with 3 large bedrooms on the top floor all with amazing views, a well-equipped kitchen and very spacious sitting room. Balconies were also good with tables and chairs and catching the sun from early morning to late evening, again with magnificent panorama sea views.

Everything was exceptionally clean and high quality.

Location is beautiful and easy shopping for your food at the Forville food market only 1 min. walk away.

Apartment is well maintained and key facilities such as air conditioning and showers were of a very high standard as were the many appliances. Sky television is available on a big flat screen, although the number of channels subscribed to is limited. WIFI is available all through the apartment.

Karin has created an information book with visits to attractions and restaurants, which was really useful, also has the apartment furnished with the essentials of easy living that, if missing can make life in a rented property difficult e.g. bath towels, corkscrew, dishwasher tablets, hair dryer, iron etc.

Communication with Karin and her staff was very effective. She emailed and telephoned promptly to respond to queries. Documentation was comprehensive and on-site support by the staff was very helpful.

Trips from Cannes to St Tropez, the islands and Monaco are a musts for the day by boat, although be warned that in keeping with the whole area they are expensive.

Dozens of good restaurants to suit every taste all over Cannes and throughout the surrounding area.

The sandy beaches are very close, and the evenings full of fun things going on, so our 2 teenage daughters were very content.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for high quality, and who want to find their food and entertainment at their doorstep.

We are very much looking forward to our return in the summer and have already booked.

My friends and I have stayed in this apartment on two occasions and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect for the beach, shopping and transport to many other parts of the Cote d'Azur. There some wonderful restaurants very close by in the Old town but the fantastic market is two minutes away if you want to eat in. The apartment itself is perfect, clean, comfortable, fully equipped, with beautiful views of the Harbour and the Old Town. Karin and her representatives in Cannes are really friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. I can highly recommend it.

Located right opposite the old harbour with 3 minutes walk to Cannes beautiful sandy beaches, there are Public & a number of Private beaches. The Private beaches all have bars/restaurants and serviced sun beds. There is a wide selection of restaurants along the seafront, starting right by Citilet House. The Palais de Festival is no more than 200m and Rue d'Antibes is on your doorstep with all the prestigious shops. The bus terminal is only 2 min. walk away and 5-8 min to the train station. Nice airport is 30 km away, with a direct motorway bus connection that runs every ½ hour. The train station is easily accessible, you can travel to many towns along the Riviera within the hour, or across the border into Italy. In the summer, there are regular boat trips to St Tropez and small neighboring Islands. Further inland, it is only a short distance by car or local bus to the nearby hillside towns, hiring a car is easy as there is an underground carpark only ½ a minute walk from Citilet House.
