Why Pauline O'Malley chose Downtown

I have lived in the neighbourhood for the past eighteen years. I bought and renovated this condo because it has so much to offer. It's a cute 2 bedroom plus den, 2 bathroom condo in the city, with this great deck off the dining room! It is close to the beach, fresh produce and entertainment at Granville Island, beside the marina, world class restaurants up the street and more.

The condo itself is very well laid out. Separate dining room area off the kitchen, large outdoor patio, walk in-pantry off the renovated kitchen, 2 full baths, plus a den to work from.

And the location is perfect for business or pleasure.

I very much enjoyed renovating this condo for my guests.

What makes this condo unique

Our guests are constantly surprised by how clean it is, plus the large non-smoking deck right off the dining room with seating for four. The light grey paint we chose for the suite is very modern, as well as all of the comfortable furniture.

I personally greet guests, when I can, to orient them with the neighbour and what it has to offer.

It is a 100% NO SMOKING apartment and building. No smoking is allowed anywhere on or near the premises.

This is always a "no pet" suite.

Our guests are surprised how EVERYTHING is provided with the suite. We outfitted it because we want the best for our new friends and their families.

We also provide a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, pots, pans, cutlery; a fully equipped kitchen.

If you have a special request, like a celebration cake or groceries, I will arrange that for you too!

Both bedrooms come with luggage racks and plenty of high-end wooden hangers and extra towels.

Lovely modern apartment in great location

Pauline's apartment was clean, well equipped with a patio balcony and good size bedrooms. It was very clean and Pauline was a very welcoming host who met us and helped us get our bearings. The apartment is in a quiet block very close to the waterside and Granville Island and easy walking distance from downtown, Yaletown and English Beach. I thoroughly recommend you stay in Pauline's apartment, we had a great few days.

Pauline was very responsive and provided a great deal of helpful information. The home was very nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to cook for a family of four. Actually, the entire house was stocked with items that were just right for our visit. Pauline provided a great deal of good information that we used throughout our stay. A very kind hostess. The condo was very conveniently located to many points of interest in BC. The free parking was nice because once we parked, it was biking and walking for the rest of the visit.

Everything you need for week or two in Vancouver

Beautiful apartment, and well-kept! Pauline was an excellent hostess, who gave detailed recommendations for nearby attractions and navigation through the local area. Guests can also walk about a block down the hill to access the Aquabus to Grandville Island Market and all of its shops and attractions. Secure, underground parking and in-unit laundry were other very helpful perks of staying here!
