The heating is a low temperature underfloor heating. Air Conditioning provides only cold ... when needed. The set was designed by an interior designer with a practical operation of concern but also aesthetics. Cleaning kit provided: vacuum cleaner, mop with bucket, broom and dustpan. 60 € cleaning fee required per stay. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT ONLY: large wall ashtray on the terrace. Master key handed opening the door on the street, the garage, the door on the terrace of the apartment and that of the third drying rack

Lovely and convenient apartment, charming and helpful owners.

We spent two weeks in Etienne and Marie-Dominique's lovely apartment in Toulon. We were close to the port, marche de Provence, shopping, opera, etc. It is also a great location for trips to Hyeres, St. Tropez, La Ciotat, St. Cyr, Ollioules, the beautiful gorge (N8) up to St. Anne, to mention just a few places. Beaches in Mourillon were great and we could walk to them (bus goes there also). Bateau-bus from port to Les Sablettes and to St. Mandrier was fun. Close to Centre Mayol shopping center (on foot) and Grand Var center (by car). The apartment is clean, bright, fully-equipped, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in Toulon and would certainly return. Mille mercis!!!

Toulon sorprendente

L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti di passeggiata dal centro e dal Porto, in posizione molto comoda anche per uscire dalla città ed essendo dotato di un comodissimo garage privato, rende libero l'ospite dall'ansia della ricerca del parcheggio sotto casa. a pochi minuti a piedi c'è un Ipermercato Carrefour per la spesa di ogni genere. I padroni di Casa Etienne e Marie Dominique sono molto cortesi e discreti, la casa è molto ben equipaggiata, comoda per 4 persone, molto pulita e luminosa ma senza ascensore. L'appartamento ha anche un bellissimo terrazzo interno che si affaccia su un giardino, ideale per una colazione all'aperto. E' un punto di appoggio ideale per chi ha voglia di girare un poco la Provenza o la Costa azzurra. La cittadina è tranquilla ed è ricca di ristoranti dove gustare prelibatezze locali e non solo. Consigliatissima!

Tranquillo è in pieno centro

Molto accogliente, ottima la possibilità del parcheggio interno.

A piedi si raggiungono facilmente sia il centro che il porto (traghetto per le isole e le spiagge)

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort con arredamento molto funzionale.

Particolare il terrazzo che affaccia sul cortile interno e caratteristico il balcone sul tetto con il filo per il bucato.

Comodi i proprietari al piano di sotto disponibili a supportare ogni richiesta (ci hanno persino annaffiato i fiori del balcone)

luxe, calme et volupté

Appartement superbement décoré, avec toutes les commodités, beaucoup de place, très calme, fleurs et verdure, des commerces intéressants dans le quartier (dont une épicerie russe ouverte jusqu’à 22h) ... Port, arrêts de bus, église et centre commercial à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Un excellent séjour, merci encore !

A shopping center with shops and restaurants and the Provencal market sung by Gilbert Becaud, are close to the pedestrian and the theaters and cinemas. The beach 20 minutes walk away, is accessible by a direct bus. It is 5 minutes by car: the apartment has a free place for 1 car in a closed garage.

Toulon has a reputation for providing 300 days of sunshine per year.

The cable can admire the city from the 500 Faron. The summit also offers a Memorial Landing in World War II and a breeding zoo famous for its unique wild births in Europe.

The military port and the Marine Museum offers a vision of modern and historic Navy: walk not to be missed.

Very cheap bus boats used to navigate the roads and access to the famous beaches of Sablettes.

A short drive allows to admire the Salins d'Hyères with their flamingos and cormorants.
