About Todd Byington
California native. Living in NYC as a stylist for 25 years I decided to start 'smelling the roses'. Moved to Maui after a lifetime of vacationing on the Hawaiian islands. I have been in the service industry my entire career and love making people happy and homes beautiful. Here I have a chance to do both. Mahalo, Todd
Todd Byington purchased this Condo in 2016
Why Todd Byington chose Kihei
This building is a 1970 post mid-century, all stucco Mediterranean style situated across the street from the ocean. The small park across the street keeps the views completely unobstructed. Centrally located and most importantly incredible airflow throughout the building keeps it cool all year.
What makes this Condo unique
Entering the condo only desires you to walk towards the 8x16 foot sliding glass windows. The kitchens open floor plan, flood of natural light, abundance of airflow through out and of course the spectacular ocean and mountain views. The bedroom has floor to ceiling built in's for complete organization as a guest. The lanai has tiny beautiful blue tiles that mimic the sky and ocean. Truly unique from all of the other homes I've visited.

Great Maui experience!
We loved staying at Island Surf here in Maui! The condo was very comfortable with everything we needed. The view from the balcony exceptional! The location makes it very easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, food markets. It was a great experience!
First. Everything is perfect. Second. I wish I could take Todd home with us to manage our lives. He is the perfect host
This is the place to really be in the middle of everything Mahalo Todd. We’ll be back. Patty and Gary
A private piece of paradise
Todd's apartment is the perfect nest from which to view and experience the Kihei-Wailea coast. It is light, airy, stylish, and perfectly appointed. You can walk to a number of good restaurants, a grocery store, ice cream and coffee places, but are also on the beach in minutes. We would have been happy to spend a month, and hopefully we will sometime in the future.
Great location. Nicely furnished. Light and bright. Great place to stay and relax!
Easy access to the ocean.
Our first trip to Maui
Wonderful home! Beautiful area and location! Great restaurants and shops within walking distance.
We had a great time and was very thankful that we were able to stay in this place.
Todd was available and willing to help us at any time with any questions or needs that we had. Thank you for a beautiful vacation!!
This condo had everything we needed. Great access to beach gear - chairs, cooler, umbrella, and snorkel gear. Beach was right across the street, walking distance. Easy walk to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Overall great little condo!
Kihei has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world strung together on this south Maui coastline . All of these beaches are accessible from s. Kihei Rd.
So many restaurants like Coconuts for fish tacos or Nalu's for a local favorite for fresh fish. My favorite , Monkeypod, has the best burgers on the island. Kihei has so many shops to browse through like Serendipity for sarong's and tropical clothing. Downstairs has a bike rental shop, Joys deli for amazing sandwiches for both meat eaters and vegans alike! Across the street kehei's most popular surf shop giving daily lessons in this beautiful body water. A few miles away Wailea and Makena have stunning beaches like Big Beach and Secret Beach and golf courses. Snorkeling the cliff edges at Big Beach has beautiful marine life. Farther out on Makena you can hike the Lava fields, these are truly stunning.
South Maui has so many activities like Whale watching and the sunset in the evenings. Viewing sunsets and whales from my home are of my top 2 favorite things with Charlie Young's beach down the road #1.
The north shore offers lots of wind surfing and the infamous 'Jaws' surfing with some of the largest waves on the planet. Paia Town is filled with shops and restaurants like Paia Fish Market and Mana Foods for the best locally grown produce on the island. A few miles up the volcano the small cowboy town of Makawo has wonderful views, lots of galleries and beautiful gardens. Exploring the volcano by either hiking, zip lining, horse back riding, watching the sunrise from the summit or biking down to the ocean is always full of excitement. Not to forget the road to Hana. A winding road of waterfalls, old bridges, bamboo and jungle forests, black and red sand beaches, incredible panoramic views of the South Pacific. Also, activities like hiking lava tubes and camping for more adventurous people. The west side of Maui has the beautiful town of Lahaina. This old Hawaiian town has incredible shops and restaurants and galleries to enjoy. The sunsets here are spectacular. Tons of activities like zip lining, snorkeling and sunset cruises. Beautiful beaches line this coast with lush tropical forests.
Never a dull moment here in paradise!
