Newly re-furbished 2 bedroom town house with 2 terraces, sleeps 4-6. This excellent town house is located 80 meters from 'La Carihuela' beach. The beachfront walkway runs between Torremolinos and Benalmadena and the apartment is positioned central to these two towns and only ten minutes walking distance to each one. The location is perfect for relaxation with bars, restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, and shops all on your doorstep. Malaga airport is only ten minutes away, by car or taxi. The town house apartment is comfortably furnished and keeping with traditional Spanish style. All windows have blackout sun shutters and all rooms have air conditioning with hot and cold air. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave ,dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board. Also includes satellite T.V., D.V.D., sun loungers, bed linen, towels and hairdryer. All year-round holiday rental, long and short lets. Children welcome, low allergen environment.

We both enjoyed our stay at your apartment in Carihuela and would recommend it and Alan and Dianne couldn't have been more helpful. I tried to put this review on the website but it isn't accepting my password. One note of warning, tall people would want to watch their heads coming down the stairs as i gave mine a whack bringing down our luggage. We hope to return sometime, John And Flora Monaghan
Right from the start, we were collected by prior arrangement with the owner's, at Malaga Airport, on time and taken straight to the apartment. Everything we needed to know about the superb, clean, roomy and well maintained apartment, was explained to us and we were shown around the immediate area. The fantastic beach was on the doorstep and the shops, bars and restaurants were too many to be fully explored! The resort was clean, friendly and the locals made a real fuss of the kids. Having travelled to many destinations around the world, I can honestly say the food was excellent, with numerous restaurants to be tried (new tapas bar next to apartment was exceptional) and the facilities were second to none.
I could carry on for pages and pages, all I can say is we wanted for nothing, had two weeks pure fun and relaxation and I have already made plans to return! Be quick though because many of my friends are planning a trip here!
To finish I was fortunate enough to meet Gavin and Carol in person and I can say first hand, that they are genuine, honest and extremely helpful, which all adds to the overall experience... Get booking!

Transfers could not be better, straight out of the airport onto train to torromolinos 2Euro each then short taxi ride costs 6euro, simple.
Communication from the owners Carol and Gavin was excellent, also Alan who manages the property was on hand to make sure everything was ok for us.
The house is exactly as it shows in the photos, it is very clean and maintained to a high standard, we got to watch uk tv - easy to use after Alan demonstrated, wifi worked perfectly.
Hope we can stay here again soon!!

This was our 4th visit in the last 3 years, It has got everything going for it, facilities 1st class and the location is ideal. Alan and Dianne keep the place spotless and are so friendly. I'm sure we'll be back very soon.

Lovely clean apartment, so close to beach and all the shops and restaurants on our doorstep! At night it was so quiet and relaxing when we returned to the apartment. Great facilities, lovely rooms and lots of balcony space, great for sunbathing or drying the swimwear and towels for the next day.Would recommend this apartment to all.
We made a last minute booking at this apartment and what a fantastic time we had. The apartment is like a home away from home, immaculately clean, air conditioned, great kitchen and bedrooms, couldn't ask for more, and just a few steps away and your at the beach, and there are some fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. A big thank you to the owners Carol and Gavin who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for next year.

The apt was clean and well stocked. The rooms were small and felt cramped. Some would call this charming I suppose. It might be nice and cool in summer but in winter the sun does not pierce any windows and it is dark and cold all the time. Not suitable for sun starved brits looking for a winter break
The location is perfect for this destination, the beach just being 50 meters away, with all the bars, restaurants, cafes, tapas bars and the shops being just on your doorstep. Torremolinos is 10 minutes walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants. Benalmadena port is 10 minutes walk with its port and harbour, where you can travel by boat to Malaga. It is an ideal place to explore as the main bus line to Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Malaga, Mijas, Benalmadena and Marbella are on your doorstep. The costa del sol in general and Torremolinos in particular has a wide selection of entertainment and sport e.g. the nearby historical city of Malaga, the Botanical gardens, the zoo at Fuengirola, Sea Life at Benalmadena and a wide offer of day excursions to Granada, Seville or Cordoba. If you would sooner hire a car you can hire one from the airport, or book on line before you leave.

Ski: Ski: The Sierra Nevada ski resort is located at Pradollano in the Sierra Nevada mountains. This is Europe's most southerly ski resort and it is small in comparison to other European resorts. However, the facilities are considered top-rate and it has hosted numerous national and international ski and snowboard events. The Sierra Nevada ski resort has numerous runs of varying difficulties to satisfy all levels of skiers.
