For the boat the LOIRE ROMANCE we favored the massive wood for the esthetics and the comfort and in an ecological concern. We deliberately aimed at a high standard of the equipment and the comfort on board. The bedding, the kitchen equipments and the separate toilets. Tap water on board from the city. A footbridge allows a safe access on board . The boat LOIRE ROMANCE can accommodate 6 guests on board.
The VILLA de LOIRE is a very beautiful independent apartment on the first floor of a big villa of the beginning of XIXth century in a private park which offers an amazing view on the Loire and castle and restful side park. The VILLA de LOIRE distinguishes itself by one aestheticism allying the traditional and the contemporary. Canopy bed in the main bedroom and trendy decoration. The Loire so close inspires the decoration. The garden is an invitation to travel with its huge cedar of Lebanon and the palm grove and huge bamboo. You will appreciate the calm of this place.
Both holiday cottages can be rented simultaneously offering an accommodation for 11 people (6 gests on the boat the LOIRE ROMANCE and 5 guests on the apartment the VILLA DE LOIRE) either separately according to the availability.
The location just on the island d'Offard in the heart of Saumur is very well situated: You can walk from here to the bars and restaurants, to the very French open air markets of Thursday and Saturday morning. What about very fresh oyster from Noirmoutiers, strawberries, French beans or asparaguses of the sands of the Loire just picked by the day before. And the sparkling wine red rosé or white. The cream of the fine bubbles of Saumur.
