About the property

The Harbour

Recently built, stunning, luxuriously furnished, and spacious water-fronted villas on the prestigious Rodney Bay Marina (St Lucia North), all a short walk from local amenities. The ideal holiday location, with most things that you need to complete your holiday right on your doorstep. All the villas at this secure location are self-contained and benefits from the constant gentle cool sea breeze.

Note that the Harbour is made up of 25 privately owned villas of which 12 are rented out short term and 10 units long-term. Cleopatra Villas manage 9 of the short-term properties, so can accommodate group sizes of 1 - 50 people.

After the stunning beauty of the buildings and landscape the next thing that strikes you on arrival is how quiet and tranquil the grounds are given that we are in the heart of busy Rodney Bay. Being on the water-front means that we benefit from constant sea breeze which blows any noise away from us.

With the beach being so close the pool is used occasionally so is never crowded. There are always plenty of docks available for mooring a yacht as most owners and guests do not own or hire boats.

Please note that the manager for this property lives and works on site so there is no possibility of being stranded outside the electronic gates on arrival due to a booking error or unforeseen circumstances. Also any problem encountered during your stay is swiftly dealt with, irrespective of time of day or night.

At the Harbour units, managed by Cleopatra Villas, there is a group connected desktop mobile phone allowing FREE calls to other villas and to the property manager. You can also receive calls from any part of the world free of charge on the villa handset. You would only need to put credit on the phone to make outgoing calls to external numbers.

All our properties have excellent Wi-Fi high speed dedicated Internet access.

About Robert Joseph

My name is Robert Joseph, the property manager for Cleopatra Villas and the general manger for the Harbour grounds and buildings. I meet all our guests on arrival and departure and will attend promptly to any problems encountered, irrespective of how small.

I am St Lucian born, grew up and worked in the UK and also worked in other European countries namely France, Holland, Germany and Portugal. I therefore find it very easy to relate to our international guests.

I speak fluent English, French and French-Kreole

It's always a pleasant surprise when you step out of our secure gates to find the shops, restaurant and bars are a stone throw away. Pretty much everything you could possibly want is within a short walk away e.g. beach, supermarkets, banks, post office, chemist, restaurants, health shops, bars, doctors, dentist, medical centre etc.

A charge of 35% is levied for cancellation before 2 months of arrival. Cancelled bookings within 2 months of arrival is non-refundable. Optionally cancelled bookings, at any time prior to arrival, may be transferred to a future date of up to 12 months. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. All cancellations must be in writing - by email.

Great place in Rodney Bay near marina

Beautiful property, lovely pool, close to grocery store, many fabulous restaurants, and of course Reduit beach. Plenty of excursions to take advantage of all over island, including zip lining in Rain forest and climbing Gros Piton. Everyone at the property was very accommodating and sought to make our stay as smooth as possible. We will definitely return!

Lovely 1 bedroom, two story home close to heart of Rodney Bay's restaurants, shopping, banks and 10 minute walk to ocean beach. Very accommodating and responsive owner.

A lovely 2 week break

Clean spacious 2 floor villa extremely well managed by Claudia and Robert. The pool was normally quiet and the gardens well kept. So convenient for all restaurants, bars, shops and of course Redduit Beach.

Great time in Rodney Bay at The Harbour 1

The Harbour Villas are very nice. Our villa was well equipped and Robert and his staff attended to our needs promptly. Having our own little back yard with a BBQ was nice. I loved the upstairs bedroom with balcony and the Caribbean breeze blowing thru the windows at night, did not need the AC on. The pool is clean and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds are gated and there is security present from 6 to 6. Also liked being close to shopping, restaurants and Reduit Beach.

Perfect location. Surrounded by good restaurants, mall and supermarket all in walking distance. The beach is a short stroll away as well.

The apartment was wonderful. Our host made arrangements for Toni the cab driver, a native of the islands with lots of knowledge, to pick us up from the airport. Would stay again. 😊?
