'A 7 day Hawaiian vacation with my two daughters proved to be utterly spectacular while staying at 321 Shores. In the early mornings, we enjoyed Kona coffee (or hot chocolate) while relaxing on the tiled lanai in comfortable, padded lounge chairs. 321 is very spacious with windows galore! Uniquely enough, you get a lot of privacy because 321 is an end unit located on the 3rd floor. I enjoyed visiting the pool area at the Shores and taking advantage of the concierge services.
Not only did they book dinner reservations for my family, but they helped us locate the best snorkeling beaches. Another advantage to staying at 321 is being located within walking distance to the Kings Shops shopping and 'A Bay' beach (where we swam with sea turtles). 321 was perfect for my family and me. I moved to the Big Island from California twenty years ago and I've enjoyed every day here. The many large or small private beaches, the mountains, the great weather, the ocean, racing in large or small Hawaiian canoes, snorkeling along the reefs, horseback riding, fishing along the coast or hiking in the mountains, performances at the Kahilu Theatre in Waimea, all the fine restaurants, the farmers' markets, there is always something new and different to do.

I chose the Waikoloa/Kohala area for my home and the condos because of the great weather and the Waikoloa/Kohala beaches which are unsurpassed on the Big Island and certainly some of the best anywhere. I bought condos close to my home so that I can ensure that the condos and everything in them are in top condition at all times. Plus, I'm close by if needed for any reason, even if just to answer questions about the area or give directions, etc.
I occasionally spend an evening at the condos because they're close to my home and to make sure that everything is as I would want it to be if I were a guest there.
Loved this place. Felt more and more comfortable the longer e stayed. (8 nights) Loved the comfy bed, tons of fluffy towels and everything else. So great to have everything provided and we used most of it.
My wife and I had a great time staying at A.J.'s condo on the Kona Coast of the Big Island in HI. The condo is in a great location, minutes from the beach, with nearby shops, restaurants, and markets. The condo is a well kept up second floor unit with a lanai, quiet, with pleasant views. There is a nearby restaurant, a short 5 minute walk away, the Tropical Ale House, which convenient for meals out, or for takeout pizza.
Our visit to the Big Island of Hawaii was fabulous thanks to A.J. and his condo! It is in a terrific location so that we were able to walk to the shops, beaches, restaurants and the ocean, any time of day or night. The condo is large, clean, quiet and well stocked with amenities. The large lanai has an incredible view! We hope to go back and stay again!
My wife and I stayed for a little over 2 weeks and found this location and accommodation to be excellent. The instructions on how to find the accommodation were excellent, everything was as described and worked well. The size of the condo was much larger that expected - was great for 2 people and could have worked for 4 people if they are ok with a couch type hide a bed. The location was quite, easy to find, parking was close so all good! We would stay again. AJ was excellent to deal with and, although we didn't need much support, he checked in with us, offered a late checkout and was all around super. Thanks for the use of your condo!
This spot was perfect for my friend and I! It is a quiet corner unit with elevated ceilings, all the amenities, full kitchen, and an awesome view. A beautiful walk to beaches, restaurants and shops....
I come to Hawaii to golf. Some of the best courses on the planet can be played every day of the year, and there are many close to this Waikaloa gem!

This is a very quiet unit with a large and private lanai that offers scenic views of the Big Island's mountains. It's decorated with traditional Hawaiian art and thoughtfully supplied with lots of beach equipment, Hawaiian music, snacks on arrival, a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed for a comfortable visit. When we booked we were provided with useful information about the unit and the Waikoloa area, best beaches and restaurants. The Shores is conveniently located so getting to other parts of the Big Island is pretty easy. I'll have fond memories of the early mornings and late afternoons we enjoyed relaxing on the lanai. The reasonable room rate was an extra benefit. We'll be sure to check with AJ for this unit when we plan our next visit to Hawaii.
On arrival we were impressed with the cleanliness of this well maintained condo. A J, the owner, who lives nearby, is very attentive to detail in the unit. He was also available for questions about the area; directions, best snorkeling spots, farmers markets, etc. Because our departing flight left at 10:30 PM A J offered a free late check out so we could have another day at the beach, dinner and a shower before heading to the airport. We were impressed with this unit and the Aloha spirit extended by the owner. We will definitely stay here again.
