Why Robert & Dawn Walsh chose Bournemouth
Alum Chine is our favourite of all the beautiful Bournemouth Beaches, we love the area which is easily accessible for all Bournemouth has to offer, also providing easy access to Westbourne, another favorite for restaurants and it's individual shops. We fell in love with the apartments which were built on the site of the original Studland Dene Hotel. We have a large family and the apartments provide the perfect place to get together and enjoy the beautiful Dorset coastline for holidays and short breaks.
What makes this Apartment unique
Studland Dene is close to Alum Chine Beach which has a large children's play area where you can catch a land train to take you along the seafront to Bournemouth. The building has an onsite Concierge who will ensure you are checked in and be on hand should you need any information about the area or the apartment.

Ideally situated, clean and everything very well organised.
Very good apartment kitted out with everything you need for a short stay. Quiet location, good double glazing. If I had one small criticism it would be the shared terrace, a screen would be good as it felt a bit awkward sitting out with another family. But would definitely go back.
Lovely apartment, every thing u need in the apartment. Central area.
This is our 2nd time staying st the apartment, which speaks for itself, central area, you can walk to Sandbanks & Bournemouth. We used the buses to get around.
The property was just as described we liked everything about it except the shower it was rubbish. The apartment is close to a very good beach and a good play area for those travelling with children.
Stayed here for 4 nights. The accommodation was exactly as described, and even better than the photos depicted! Clean, modern and secure, with a lovely terrace. We were met by Frank, the concierge at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. Although our apartment didn’t include car parking, we managed to always find a space right outside the building so no problems. The kitchen was well equipped and immaculate, and the bed very comfy. There is even a sea view (just!) and the location was great - very quiet and only approx 150 yds from the beach. We will definitely be returning when we can.
Great Place to stay
We wanted somewhere of of Bournemouth where our daughter was having her Hen Weekend and we hit the jackpot. The booking in was simply and quick and we were given our keycards. The studio was very clean with everything needed to make the stay comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfy and we listened to the gentle crash of the waves at night (we had the window open all night) The bathroom was great and the shower hot. Towels are provided and were nice and fluffy. We sat on the balcony which was a sun trap and chatted and drank tea; it was peaceful. The apartment is located next to Alun Chime and it is at the lovely quiet end of the beach. There are two restaurants in a stones throw on the beach including Harvester and Vesuvio (Italian) together with a lovely cafe with terrace ad balcony. We walked down the beachfront into Bournemouth (20 or so mins) to join in our Daughter's hen party and walked back. We were impressed with our Apartment and everything was seamlessly easy. Plenty of plates mugs glasses etc and everything had been thought of. We would return opportunity permitting.
