3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 comfortably, with full air conditioning, WiFi, & screened windows.
Inside, everything is just as chic, with neutral caramel & cream décor, beautiful furnishings and tiled flooring. The spacious lounge is decked out with leather coffee-coloured sofas and a stone hand crafted fireplace.
Tranquility & slow pace: Sitting in countryside just a five minute drive from the pretty village of Dalyan, the silence is most definitely golden here. It’s just you. The odd local. And lashings of tranquillity. Villa Kehribar itself is luxurious with a capital ‘L’. Built in a traditional style. You could quite easily wile away your entire holiday out here with sun loungers to hand and an al fresco dining table. You’ll also find an exquisite Turkish seating kursk hidden among the gorgeous green passionflowers, the perfect place to read a book or enjoy an afternoon snooze.
Private gardens and pool: Completely private detached home with south facing pool and terrace in the rear garden and parking and lawned garden to the front all within a walled boundary.

We own and run a 4 star Town house Hotel in Penzance Cornwall and a 2 AA rosette restaurant, The Bay www.hotelpenzance.com
We should both have retired by now, but love our work, and are slowly progressing towards semi- retirement, enjoying travel and our holiday home when we can. We have 4 grown up sons who chill here when they can away from city life.
Stephen Hill purchased this villa in 2006
The area is designated as outstanding in natural beauty.
The house was semi constructed when we saw it. It had been a labour of love, built by a structural engineer and his architect sister. Having no English, they had run out of money with little prospect of a purchaser when we came along. We could see the care which had been lavished on the construction, and the Turkish styling suited our idea of a home in semi rural Turkey. It was completed in early 2006 - It is Turkish in style with real love and craftsmanship in it's construction. Since then the garden has matured beautifully.
The community remains small, leisurely and mixed Turkish Dutch and English
The villa has genuine Turkish neighbours making it much more of a social and cultural experience to visit. The pace of life is slow, and the locality verdant and productive.
The alignment of the villa takes full advantage of the afternoon breezes every day coming up the valley from the sea - bliss in high summer :)
The pool is private and well screened.
Fabulous villa, fully living up to our expectations. It was as described. The furniture is of a very high quality and is all complimented by the elegant soft furnishings, antiques and accessories. Some of the photos do not do it justice, it is furnished from the owners personal perspective and not purely for rental purposes when they can be very Spartan. It is very well equipped, the kitchen particularly so. We stayed in Arpil / May and had mixed weather, though this in no way adversely affected our stay at the villa. There was ample to do inside when we were forced to stay in due to inclement weather. You do not need a car as the town is very easily accessible by both Dolmus or bike. We did however rent a car for 5 days at a rate of £15 per day all in with full insurance ( the car was delivered to the villa at no charge) maxim car rental dalaman We will definitely return
"My husband and I (a middle aged couple) spent Spring Bank holiday week at the villa with our son, daughter and their partners. It was ideal accomodation for our family. Lots of space for each couple to be by themselves if they wanted to and plenty of large seating and eating areas for family times together. The villa is in a lovely setting but not remote. The bikes were a huge advantage to cycle down to the mini market and the dolmush just a short walk down the lane. We would thoroughly recommend buying veg, eggs and milk ,straight frm the cow, from neighbours opposite. The Gunluk (picnic) restautaurant just down the track serves great food at very reasonable prices and staff are really friendly. We had a marvellous time and would love to return."
We stayed at Kenribar in July 2009. The villa was well equipped and we particularly enjoyed the kosk area, hammocks and first floor terrace area. The location was peaceful abd tranquil and just a short car journey into Dalyan itself. Would recommend the Ley Ley restaurant on the way to Ortaca and Caretta Caretta and Safran on the river in Dalyan itself.
"This villa was lovely, rural setting, finished to a high specification. Exceptionally well maintained by the gardener and cleaner. Well equipped, fantastic pool. We had a great holiday and would definatley consider going back to Villa Kheribar. The only thing would have liked was a hair dryer but it was not a big deal."
Beautiful and very comfortable house with an excellent private pool. Here you can really enjoy your holidays. Definately recommendable!!!"
Excellent value for money, larger and more attractive than the pictures and completely satisfactory in its management, it is difficult for us to imagine how we have done any better. A terrific part of the world with so much to do and the management people right there to help you do it. It is very easy to feel a bit lost in a new place and this villa is not in the town so guidance is both necessary at the beginning and completely available. After that it's easy to get around when you can tear yourself away from your own mountain views around the villa. We had very hot weather but were well equipped with shady spaces and air-conditioning indoors. My nervousness about food and water was completely unfounded and the only thing I would do differently next time would be to go on even more trips- they are completely magical! A wonderful holiday for us all - Mum, Dad, 3 kids, 21, 17 and 5. Thanks to all the professionals who helped us along the way.
"exceeded all our expectations , superb property, idyllic surroundings , good management team. highly recommended."
In an area of outstanding natural beauty, opportunities for bird watching amongst the reed beds of Koycegiz Lake, visiting wonderful open air markets in Dalyan, Dalaman, Koycegiz and Fethiye. Swimming at Saragerme and Iztuzu beaches - the latter is famous as a breeding ground for the Caretta-Caretta turtles, and is off limits to people at night. Archaeology at historical sites of Kaunos (10 mins rowing ferry across the river) and Ephesus (3 hours drive away) is fascinating. Dining along the riverside at Dalyan facing the floodlit Lycian tombs of ancient Kaunos is a magical experience. The famous Oludeniz Lagoon about an hour and a half' drive away. A golf course is being constructed at Saragerme [completion expected 2013] The spectacular Sarsala Cove is only about 40 min away.
Other Activities: Bird watching, ancient sites, turtle watching
Golf: Golf course being constructed at the Hilton Resort Hotel, due to be completed 2013.
