The home features sleeping arrangements for 15 with great hideaways for some quiet time. If you must do some work while visiting the beach, 349 Spartina has you covered. Great location to the soccer field at Camp District. Our absolute favorite place to stay. The house accommodated our large family well. The furnishings - particularly living room furnishings - need updating. The grill was broken - the wheel falls off making it unstable. All in all, a pleasant stay during the fall months.

Owner's Response: The owner has moved the triple bunk room upstairs for more privacy and has made the room downstairs off of the Living Room a Game Room. The owner also purchased a new grill and a new dishwasher. They also purchased new Living Room furniture and did some redecorating. The exterior of the home was also painted in fall 2015.

No one likes unpleasant vacation surprises right off the bat. Here was ours: the triple bunk bedroom – one of 6 bedrooms that this house advertises – (a) is adjacent to the family room, (b) has sliding glass barn doors, and (c) has no bathroom nearby. It is an improvised bedroom. Family members staying in this room had to use the powder room, and they had to walk through the family room and dining room to get there.

360 Blue was fantastic: they hung a sheet over the glass doors, and returned the following day to install temporary shades. Better, definitely, but the poor teens who stayed in this room got no rest or privacy because other family members were up and about early - and this room is adjacent to the family room/dining room/kitchen.

The house needs updating. Appliances are old (microwave and dishwasher especially). Fixtures and furnishings could use an overhaul.

Good location right off the large soccer/volleyball field next to Camp WaterColor/pool.

WaterColor itself = always fabulous!
