This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse situated near a conservation area which includes a lake.The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, the first bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes one of which we have turned into a children's bedroom and a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, and shower/bath. There is also a further family bathroom on the first floor for the twin rooms to have access too. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.

Additional Information: We have recently updated our house and now the master bedroom and 1 twin room has a TV as doe's the downstairs double bedroom ..
In the lounge area to accompany the 42' HDTV is a DVD player .
The house is equipped to provide wireless internet throughout the property.

Regal Oaks in situated in a great location! It is in a quiet location surrounding a lake that is protected for a nature reserve. It is very close to all the major theme parks and is only a short walk into Old town and to the Highway 192. There is a bus stop a short distance away ( at the top of the road - on the192).
Me and my wonderful husband had a wonderful honeymoon here last march. And will be sure to return. Fantastic location. Close to everything u need. Large rooms. Everything u need for the perfect holiday!
We stayed, as a family of 6 for 17 days at the townhouse, returning to Ireland 11th July. The house is placed in a quiet community, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, the pool at the clubhouse is great, as is the coastal grill restaurant. The house itself is very comfortable and provided an excellent base for us to explore and go to the parks, there are all the kitchen amenities you could want to prepare a meal, breakfast for us. There are a few things that could make a guests life easier, a spare set of sheets, we had to wash and remake same day as only one set, a vacuum would be a great help, finally, the furniture in the living area could do with being replaced. These are really only minor gripes, overall a great house and you really won't be disappointed if you book.
We just returned from a great summer vacation. The townhouse was great, clean, located in a gated community with club house, restaurant and pool which we used. Our kids loved the water slides in particular.
The townhouse is kept really clean and we found the furniture and the beds really comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything was in working order. We like having family breakfast everyday.
The gated community is quiet so putting our children to sleep was easy. We initially chose this place based on its location near Disneyworld and were pleasantly surprised to find so many good restaurants and stores near by too.
We think this is a great place with a great location suitable for families with kids and grandmas like ours.
Our family of seven stayed in this unit for a week. It's in an ideal location to all the Universal/Disney theme parks (10-20 minute drive depending on destination) with plenty of dining/grocery/knick-knack options nearby. The unit provides a surprising amount of usable space for it's actual SF size so it offered plenty of room for our large family. Additionally, it's in a secure, gated community with friendly staff and the owners stayed in touch and were very responsive. To be fair, the unit is a little worn as others have said, but it remains an extraordinary value to the family looking for a nice, clean, economical place to stay while visiting the Orlando area. The community pool looks beautiful although we never used it as we left before it opened and returned after it closed every day. We'd definitely stay there again if we get another chance to return to the Orlando area.
We came with friends just to play golf. The house is very clean and spacious and there is more than enough room for at least
2 families to stay there comfortably. The swimming pool area looks a great place for the kids and the bar and terrace were a nice place to relax.
Regal oaks is very close to Disney but a very peaceful resort.

we stayed here for three weeks at Easter time, a lovely 4 bedroom house, great central location just behind old town in Kissimmee and very close to fun spot, kids were more excited about going here then some of the parks. we have already recommended this to a few of our friends as a good house on a gated community. the pool area was big and very inviting with a happy 'two' hours every day, it also has water slides which is maintained by lifeguard staff daily, security is good too with lots of decking areas.
the house was sufficient for us as a family of five to big really but given we have an older child and two similar aged boy and girl they could have their own space without any arguments, the only negative point we could make was the lack of outdoor area at the rear of the property felt like we were spying on others, but when we wanted to sit out we just went round the pool and still enjoyed the weather, only a minute walk to the pool
communication was good with the owners answered all our questions promptly, Wifi is good which was good to keep the kids happy at night-time after days in the parks
when we get the chance to visit again we will be booking here, cost of hire was excellent for the size of property, thank you once again Julie and Richard for letting us stay at you lovely house, the Schorahs
My family stayed in this unit for almost 2 weeks. This property is in an ideal location to the theme parks with plenty of dining options nearby. The unit itself is spacious and offered plenty of room for 6 people. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very responsive. The only improvement I would recommend is that the bathrooms undergo a deep cleaning, as the upstairs toilet had quite a bit of unsightly stains (had to clean it before the kids would use it) and all the bathtubs were a bit tired and worn. Otherwise, this was a good stay overall and I would recommend it for families who need a reasonably-priced option near the theme parks.
This property is a very short walk away from Old town, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, a fairground and home of the Sky Coaster at 300ft high (Can be used as a landmark for Regal Oaks as it towers above other buildings). Old town also hosts weekly custom car and motorcycle shows. A short walk from Regal Oaks to the top of the road (192) you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. It is very close to the Disney parks (3 miles to the Disney main gate), Sea World (9.4 miles) and the Universal parks are only a short drive away (13.2miles). Busch Gardens is also a very good theme park, that mixes a zoo and theme park into one! It is a slightly longer journey of just over an hour away (1hour 10 minutes 66.7 miles). Most of the transfer buses to the theme parks stop at the top of the road ( Old Town) on the 192.

Non- refundable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations 4-8 weeks prior to the arrival date will result in 50% loss of total rental cost and cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date will result in 100% loss
Security & breakages deposit of £150
Cleaning fee £58 is only charged on booking of less than 7 nights
No smoking is allowed inside the house
All breakages must be notified to the management company as soon as possible
