This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse situated near a conservation area which includes a lake.The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, the first bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes one of which we have turned into a children's bedroom and a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, and shower/bath. There is also a further family bathroom on the first floor for the twin rooms to have access too. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.

This brand new townhouse was completed in Oct 2007 and is based within a fully managed resort which , only 3 miles from the Disney resort. This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse which can sleep up to 8.The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, a lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size bed, and a walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and shower/bath. There are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes. There is also a further family bathroom. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.

Additional Information: We have recently updated our house and now the master bedroom and 1 twin room has a TV as doe's the downstairs double bedroom ..

In the lounge area to accompany the 42' HDTV is a DVD player .

The house is equipped to provide wireless internet throughout the property.

Great option for your holiday

We stayed during December

Regal Oaks is a lovely resort with a heated pool and water slide, the clubhouse has a nice gym and the whole place is well kept and makes you feel happy

It’s a short walk from Old Town ( a tourist that’s nice for an evening walk) aswell as Celebration area with good eating options. Pretty much every type of food is available

within a few minutes’ drive from the resort or walk. There is a good quality supermarket called Publix about 5mins away.

It also located close to Disney – but all the main tourist things are locally within easy reach so no matter where you are thinking its easy. I guess being close to Disney is the biggest advantage as it’s the most hassle to get and out off.

The house was very clean and well maintained, the management company do a good job. There is plenty of towels and linen and the washing machine and drier are very useful, you need to supply additional toiletries like shower gel – which is normal for a rental. There was a hoover supplied as we stayed 2 weeks we needed it

We asked for a baby cot and it was clean and better than we had in some hotels

We found the kitchen very well stocked with pots/pans/plates and cups – we cooked several meals and couldn’t asked any more equipment than we had and everything was modern.

There is a Dollar General (a discount store) just up the road and they carry a low cost range of dishwasher tablets, tin foil , waste bag and so on – we did this the first day and it cost only a few dollars to get our kitchen essentials

As well the owners are very helpful and flexible – the deposit was returned quickly and we are already planning to rebook.

Great Location! Good Owner Communication. Basic & Dated Amenities. Bring Your Own Toiletries

We stayed at this townhouse for 4 nights with our family of 7 while visiting the Disney Theme Parks. Location was great as it was only a 10-15 minutes drive to any of the theme parks with lots of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Good communication with owner. They allowed us to check-in a few hours early so we can hit the theme park right away. Easy check-in process.

This is a very popular townhouse due to the number of positive reviews and location. It's definitely showing the wear and tear on the unit. The furniture looked dated. The vertical blinds in two of the bedrooms had broken blinds so the windows were not entirely covered. All of the TVs are 32" or smaller. Only 1 hair dryer available in the master bedroom. A few small pots and pans were provided in the kitchen but we didn't use any. We also found water leaking from the ceiling air vent in the living room which we thought was coming from the rain outside. When we contacted the Property Management Company, they said it was a known issue and the leak was coming from the upstairs bath tub/shower.

Towels and beddings felt old and some with light stains. We did inform Property Management Company about some sticky stuff found on one of the comforters. They offered to pick it up for cleaning but we elected not to use it. Property Management Company provided "starter" supplies for the unit. One small package of hand soap that lasted about a day and a roll of toilet paper were included in all bathrooms. No shampoo or bath soap/gel. Guests need to bring their own toiletries which was a surprise to us as other rentals and hotels we've stayed in the past provided these basic items to their guests. A roll of paper towel, one dishwasher detergent tablet, and two trash bags were provided in the kitchen. Guests are expected to take trash out everyday but we only had two trash bags during our 4 nights stay. They also expect guests to do their laundry if you use excessive towels and beddings, but again, no laundry detergent provided.

Like some of the past guests stated, this property was a good value based on the rate and location. It's a basic no frills unit. Be aware to bring your own toiletries and cleaning supplies even for a short stay.

Owner's Response: In response to your review we supply a self catering accommodation we are NOT a hotel where you get daily cleaning, laundry service, trash clearing and a very small toiletries starter pack as this is what you were expecting.! Self catering means you cater for yourself! We do supply a starter pack of tea coffee milk sugar etc if requested, this wasn't requested by your self. We allowed you to check in nearly 6 hours early as you had just come off a cruise that morning at no extra charge giving you nearly a extra day for free. Furniture has been replaced only last year, there is only one hair dryer in the master bedroom as some guests think it is their right to take hairdryers home! Towels and bed linen are replaced regularly, end of November when we were last there as were the pots and pans in the kitchen. For the price that is charged we believe that we provide good value for money Self catering accommodation and the guests that left the day before you have left a 5 star review as have many of our other guests and they have rebooked

Great location and plenty of space

The townhouse is conveniently located to all the parks and activities. Plenty of space for groups and families. Owner responded immediately to all questions and was very generous in working with a late checkout request. It was the off season, so it was quiet. I can see it being a little noisy if it were during the busy season. Could hear noise and screams from Old Town rides, but they close at 11 so not too disturbing. Very Clean, plenty of linens and towels provided and the soaking tub was a great bonus. Only reason it isnt 5 stars is the Kitchen is minimally stocked and we were asked to wash towels and run dishwasher before leaving. There wasn’t any laundry, dish or dishwasher detergent provided so we had to run to the store to buy some. Will definitely stay again next time I’m In the Orlando area.

Disney World is just minutes away, so easy to get too.

The resort complex where the property is located is a wonderful, safe and perfect or families!

The property it’s self, very homely, very clean and perfect for the for everyone!

Clean, convenient and comfortable

With its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this condo comfortably accommodated our party of seven . It was clean and well-maintained and an easy ride to the Disney parks. The pool and nearby shops and restaurants allowed us to relax during our downtime without needing to travel.

Clean unit close to Disney World and Premium Outlets.

The management company and the property owner were very accommodating. Found white/blond curly hairs multiple times. Frying pans were too old that made my food stuck to the pan. Having hand soap and dish detergent will definitely help.

Owner's Response: We have replaced all the frying pans while we were staying at the house. We do provide hand soap in every bathroom which is wrapped and placed in the soap dish ready for all guests to use This is replaced with a new hand soap after each guest leaves.

Regal Oaks in situated in a great location! It is in a quiet location surrounding a lake that is protected for a nature reserve. It is very close to all the major theme parks and is only a short walk into Old town and to the Highway 192. There is a bus stop a short distance away ( at the top of the road - on the192).

This property is a very short walk away from Old town, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, a fairground and home of the Sky Coaster at 300ft high (Can be used as a landmark for Regal Oaks as it towers above other buildings). Old town also hosts weekly custom car and motorcycle shows. A short walk from Regal Oaks to the top of the road (192) you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. It is very close to the Disney parks (3 miles to the Disney main gate), Sea World (9.4 miles) and the Universal parks are only a short drive away (13.2miles). Busch Gardens is also a very good theme park, that mixes a zoo and theme park into one! It is a slightly longer journey of just over an hour away (1hour 10 minutes 66.7 miles). Most of the transfer buses to the theme parks stop at the top of the road ( Old Town) on the 192.

Cancellations 4-8 weeks prior to the arrival date will result in 50% loss of total rental cost and cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date will result in 100% loss
Security & breakages deposit of £150
Cleaning fee £70 is only charged on booking of less than 7 nights
No smoking is allowed inside the house
All breakages must be notified to the management company as soon as possible
Any unnecessary call outs to professional companys eg Air Conditioning, Phone etc will be charged back to the renter
