Nice atypical apartment with balcony and private parking. Neat welcome: welcome cocktail offered aboard a boat

Well oriented and sheltered, you can have lunch and dinner on the balcony whatever the weather: big sun, wind or rain (garden furniture, parasol, deck chairs, work plan). Atypical of its configuration, you can stay there for 4 people. Sleeping loft, real upstairs bedroom (140 bed, dresser, wardrobe) and corner booth at the first level (2 bunk beds or sofa bz with luxury bedding) .SDB with shower and separate toilet. Living room with flat screen TV, equipped with a kitchenette and balcony (fridge with freezer compartment, 2 electric rings, mini oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, electric barbecue, laundry .... Les Saintes sont un endroit hors du temps et l’appartement est propre, bien situé avec l’essentiel pour passer un bon moment ! Merci pour la bouteille de rosé au frais qui nous attendait !

Preis-Leitungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Wir waren enttäuscht von der Wohnung, die kleiner und enger war als dargestellt sowie auch nicht so sauber (da man selber putzen muss, was wir erst kurzfristig erfuhren). Die Lage war jedoch gut (ruhig und doch zentral) sowie die Besitzer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo appartamento, fuori dalla confusione ma strategico per raggiungere tutto: cinque minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro e le spiagge., due minuti dal supermercato. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e gentili, la descrizione corrisponde alla realtà.
