Why Vicki and Brad Bloxham chose Waukon
We purchased the property in 2015 as an extension to our existing business which is a restaurant. The building sat vacant for three years after sustaining considerable damage from a flash flood in 2012 and years of neglect. We have renovated the building from top to bottom. The main floor is now used as a private dining and meeting room and the second floor is the Guest House.

Home away from home
This stay was a great experience. The owners were very nice and helpful. The location was easy to get to and located around many restaurants. There was plenty of room for our family of 6, plus it is affordable. We have family located close by, so we will stay there again.
