In a residential and quiet area in the heart of Ciboure - the Basque Country, this luxury apartment is located on the 1st floor of a Basque family home for up to 6 people, with private garden with terrace and barbecue, 10 min walk from the harbor and the beaches of St Jean de Luz and Socoa.

Apartment of 100 m² fully renovated in 2011/2012, with 3 double bedrooms separated sleeping up to 6 people, has separate toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a very large living room / dining room very bright and sunny south overlooking the Rhune (mythical mountain of the Basque Country 905 m) onto a long balcony, a large kitchen with a beautiful veranda overlooking the garden with terrace (East-West) and its independent covered barbecue.

-living Room - Dining room of 35 m² - facing south overlooking the Rhune onto a long balcony, bathed in light. 2 large white sofa + chair, dining table with 6 chairs. TV + DVD player, mini-hifi CD and radio.

-Kitchen Independent 12m² and 10m² porch adjoining the kitchen overlooking the garden - fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, glasses (wine, water, Champagne), washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, hob cooking gas, utensils, iron and ironing board, high chair, vacuum cleaner, Nespresso coffee capsules, etc ...

The entire house is NON SMOKING.

A golf bag is available with the clubs.

All the shops are within 5 minutes walk or drive, bakery, butcher, E. Leclerc shopping center, restaurants, etc ...

appartement confortable et bien situé

Nous avons loué cet appartement afin d'avoir un logement vaste, confortable et proche de Saint Jean de Luz.

Celui ci correspond exactement à nos attente et le descriptif + photos sont en tous points conformes à l'annonce.

Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé, et très spacieux.

Situé à 20 minutes à pieds environ de Saint de Luz et de la plage est un atout car il évite ainsi l'utilisation de la voiture et du stationnement compliqué. Socoa est également très accessible mais la voiture est à prévoir. Sinon des petites navettes passent devant la maison.

L'endroit est calme, la vue sur la Rhune très agréable.

Merci a Joakin pour excellent accueil à notre arrivée.

Nous conseillons évidemment ce logement et la région.

Très bonnes vacances !

Partis à 5 avec 3 enfants, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans votre maison. Très bien équipée, bonne literie, super déco, très agréable jardin, calme et surtout on s'y sent bien ! Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir tout faire à pieds, (15/20min jusqu'à la plage de St Jean, et la balade est sympa même pour les enfants). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et Caroline à remporté un franc succès avec les enfants (quelle gourmande !). On recommande vivement cette location et de notre côté nous savons ou aller si nous retournons au pays basque !! Delphine et Benoît

séjour du 11 novembre

Agréable séjour pour le pont du 11 novembre… la maison est très confortable (bonne literie et équipement), ensoleillée, et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et du barbecue. Le quartier tranquille, nous a permis de nous reposer et de nous rendre à pied à la plage de saint jean de luz.
