A charming and spacious living area with separate dining room including a table to seat up to eight. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern conveniences..

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The master bedroom is complete with a UK king size bed (5ft wide), vanity table and full-length mirror. The second bedroom has two 3ft wide single beds, which can be arranged as one bed. There is also a double sofa bed (4.5 ft wide) in the living room.

The family bathroom has a bath and a large American style walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. A second bathroom has a shower over bath, basin and lavatory.

Access & Layout

This home is found on the first floor with access via stairs. Once inside, there are two flights of stairs within the property. On the entrance level of the flat is the kitchen, dining and living areas and one bathroom, up stairs are the bedrooms and final bathroom.

On Your Doorstep

You are a five minute walk to Parsons Green Underground Station, which allows quick, direct links to the rest of the city via the district line. Various grocery stores, coffee shops, an ATM and a multitude of restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity along the Wandsworth Bridge Road.

Foodies are in for a treat, with The White Horse, an iconic London dining and drinking spot, within strolling distance. It has become famous for its BBQs, sunny beer garden, warm interior and welcoming, urban crowd. Mao Tai, an upmarket bar and restaurant serving delicious South East Asian cuisine, is also one not to be missed. The King’s Road, famed for its designer shops and classy bars, like Bluebird, is a very short bus ride away. A local favourite is Vicino - a welcoming, upmarket Italian serving wonderfully fresh dishes paired with the perfect wine.

We recently stayed at Purser's Cross Road during our stay in London. The apartment was exactly as it was pictured...great accommodations....great location to the tube...and easy access to everything one might need on vacation. It was a very quiet residential street and we enjoyed "living" in London. Our dealing with Ivy Lettings were very professional and very efficient. We have booked apartments in Paris, Rome, Florence and several other cities in Europe...Ivy Lettings did a superb job!

Wonderful flat in Fulham

This lovely flat was spacious, well furnished, clean, and conveniently located close to the Tube and to buses traveling along Fulham Road to central London. The garden view from the kitchen windows and the separate dining room were an added delight. Pursers Cross Road is a quiet street, with shops, a wide range of restaurants, and supermarkets (Tesco, Cooperative, Sainsbury, and others) only a few minutes walk away, including Nomads, a charming coffee shop and bookstore around the corner. The service from Ivy Lettings couldn't have been better.

We had only two small problems. First, we arrived on a Sunday and finding the key box took bit more searching than we had expected. And London was experiencing a rare heat wave during our stay, and we missed having air conditioning on a couple of hot nights. But with the fan provided and the windows wide open, this proved to be no more than a minor inconvenience.

We would count ourselves fortunate to stay in this flat again and we would strongly recommend it to others.
