Refurbished to a high standard in Nov 2013, our apartment has been designed & furnished with our guests in mind. Mixing contemporary styling with everyday living, it provides an ideal base for up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, which can be configured as doubles or twins and a family bathroom with bath, shower & separate toilet. There is a beautiful modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6 and loads of mod cons; it has everything a mountain traveller requires. A spacious open planned lounge area with large comfy 3 seater sofa bed and two armchairs. The lounge features two sets of patio doors onto a bright balcony, with lovely views over the valley and village. As you would expect the modern interior comes with all the usual mountain extras like flat screen TV with built in DVD player, free Wifi, iPod docking station, luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen which are made up on arrival, and a range of DVD films, and some family games. We think it’s the perfect pad to to relax in, party from, or simply enjoy as a great home from home right in the heart of the Village. You won’t want to leave!

We had a super time ....it's a shame there was no snow in the village but there was plenty of skiing high up.



We have stayed in many ski apartments and chalets over the years but would like to say that your apartment is one of the best. We were very impressed with all the thoughtful extras that you supplied.

Absolutely perfect!

Stayed in February 2016 - 4 people. A very warm, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a brilliant and quiet location! Just a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and 5 mins after that you can be at the super-morzine or the pleney lift. Super comfortable beds - lots of storage and a well equipped kitchen, with all the utensils you will ever need! Ski cave located below the apartment for secure ski/boot storage. We were really impressed with this apartment and will return without hesitation! Thanks very much!

Great apartment in quiet location.

This apartment was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the views across to the Super Morzine and the other side of the valley were lovely. The location was quiet and near to a supermarket and only 10 minutes from the center of Morzine. All correspondence with the owner was quickly and efficiently dealt with. We hope to return again. Thank you.

Fantastic apartment!

A Well equipped, home from home chalet. Great location within easy walking distance of the centre of town. Deborah the owners was great to deal with, responded quickly and was really helpful will all information regarding the booking and info about Morzine.

Morzine itself offers loads to do whatever age and ability. We have just spent 2 weeks there with our 12 year old son and not once did I hear the word 'bored'. We have walked, mountain biked, been canyoning, parapented off a mountain, zip wired, been to see a ice hockey match and more. For a calmer day the swimming pool in town was great as was the day trip to Evian, not to mention just sitting, eating and having a beer in the many restaurants.

Our son is already asking if we can go again, so we may well be back?

Absolutely beautiful!!

As this was our first time booking a chalet/apartment independently, we didn't really know what to expect, but with the guidance of the owners when booking, it really was a 'piece of cake'. From the minute we opened the door to our apartment, we knew it was going to be lovely. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, so well equipped and very tastefully decorated, cleanliness was second to none, with all of the creature comforts of your own home. We absolutely loved it and would happily return. Our friends were staying in another apartment in Morzine and came to look at ours and couldn't believe how lovely it was compared to theirs!!! It was our first time in Morzine, but will hopefully return next year. Thank you for letting us share your beautiful apartment.

Lovely apartment

I stayed at this apartment a few weeks in October and I absolutely loved it!!!

Even though it is kind of quiet in Morzine at that time it is lovely to go hiking, running and cycling.

The owner of this apartment have thought of pretty much everything, when furnishing this flat (the kitchen is very well equipped!) and it is so cozy!!!

Thanks for sharing your flat I hope to come back next year!

Le Christiania review

Quite simply Le Christiania is a wonderful apartment to stay in. To put things in context we stayed in August and drove there from London.

On opening the front door and looking around you immediately feel that you arrived home. The property is contemporary and very clean, and light and airy. The bedrooms are beautifully and simply furnished with very comfortable beds and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. There is loads of storage space. Getting a good night's sleep was not a problem. The bathroom and toilet are stylish and clean. The shower is powerful. The soft fluffy bath towels are as luxurious as the bed linen.

The living space is configured in a convivial open plan style, so if cooking supper or preparing breakfast you can chat with your fellow guests. The living area is very comfortable and with excellent free wifi, plenty of TV choice. My son greatly appreciated the Star Wars DVD box set.

The kitchen is fantastically well equipped and contains everything needed to self cater in style.

During the summer residents can take advantage of the Morzine 'Multipass' scheme which is hugely useful and cost saving for a wide range of local activities.

The location of the property is excellent with easy parking on site. The main village is a very short walk and the Super Morzine and Le Pleney cable car stations are close by too - we went there with mountain bikes rather than skis. The nearest supermarket is about 3 minutes walk.

The owner Deborah is a great communicator, very helpful and made the booking procees very easy. She responds to emails very quickly. She was also very flexible in terms of start and finish dates - we arrived on a Tuesday for a seven day stay. The cost of the rental represented very good value.

Overall, we loved Le Christiania and were sad to leave. It is every bit as good as the website suggests it might be and there were no nasty surprises either. We highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Morzine.

Morzine is rapidly becoming one of the better known resorts for extreme sports with many pro’s and enthusiasts making it their home. The village is of traditional Savoyard style and is very laid back. With lots of cool bars, restaurants and clubs coupled with being in the heart of the Portes Du Soleil ski area its not hard to see why. Morzine is situated in the Northern Alps close to Mont Blanc and on the border with Switzerland its also only 75mins from Geneva airport making it one of the closet ski resorts to the UK. Access to: 86 ski runs covering 650km 207 ski lifts 632 snow cannons covering 367 hectares 9 snow parks 3 half pipes 4 boarder cross courses Free bus service around town , stopping at the two main ski lifts in Morzine, Le Pleney and The Super Morzine, a super fast gondola which links the resort to Avoriaz.

Morzine helps make up the Portes du Soleil area which spans across two countries and thirteen resorts. This huge area is an obvious rival to the Three Valleys for the title of largest ski area in Europe, but lift passes, hotels, chalets and restaurants are all cheaper here than in Meribel and Courchevel. At only approximately 50 miles from Geneva, Morzine is easily accessible for all.

Morzine itself is a busy little Alpine town with a lively spirit. Traditional wooden chalets with slate roofs and stone foundations ensure that the village retains is character and Savoyard charm. In the summer, Morzine offers mountain bikers some of the world’s best mountain biking terrain, boasting up to 380kms of marked trails with varying degrees of technical skill required.

In the winter, the Portes du Soleil area links together up to 14 resorts spanning across two countries, France and Switzerland. There is enough variety across the skiing domain to entertain both strong skiers and snowboarders during the week. Runs descending from Pointe de Nyon, and Chamossiere are challenging and the black runs from Mont Chéry are not for the faint hearted.

In addition to pisted runs and off piste routes, there are snowparks throughout the Portes du Soleil including the Burton sponsored 'Stash' and one of the best half pipes in France. If you don’t ski yet still want to be active try snowshoeing or take a ice dive into the chilly Lake Montriand.

Morzine is a town full of life offering a range of sporting and cultural activities. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars for you to enjoy the après ski during the winter. The most well known apres ski hangout is Bar Robinson's. Robbo's is a traditional French cafe run by three locals who remember Morzine before it was so busy. Although the bar has no music or entertainment it offers a super strength lager that has made it a popular destination for anyone who's spent the day on the hill. For a little more sophisticcation there is the Coup de Cour wine bar and for late night parties the Crepu, Cavern, Tibetan Bar and Opera are all grouped together just below the Pleney Cable car.
