A lovely, modern 2-bedroom villa, to accommodate up to 4 people, with official tourist licence and WiFi. With good views of the sea and a private fenced-off 8m x 4m pool this is a great location in the very pretty resort of Binibeca Vell - within walking distance from the child-friendly Binibeca beach and the famous ‘fishing village’ as well as restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket and shops. All the rooms in the villa are at ground level.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds, both have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms (one with a bath with overhead shower and one with walk-in shower, each with a toilet and basin) and the modern kitchen is fully equipped (gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster) with a wonderful sea-view. The lounge-diner has a TV, DVD, CD player and iPod speaker deck, books and games, with patio doors leading onto a private, shaded terrace, and the garden beyond which is ideal for sun-bathing. For those that enjoy outdoor eating there is a barbeque, and there is a roof-top sun terrace with fantastic sea views.

The villa is approx 100 metres from a beautiful swimming cove that has shelved rock platforms and steps from which to access the crystal clear waters - good for snorkelling and fishing. The bus-stop for buses to St Lluis and Mahon, as well as the road-train to Punta Prima, is a short distance from the villa.

Binibeca (also know as Binibequer) is situated on the South East of the island, just twenty minutes from the beautiful main city of Mahon and the airport. This is a quiet, family orientated place, with mainly villas rather than the noisy bar/disco/hotel scene of some other resorts, although there are plenty of restaurants/shops etc within walking distance. A car is not necessary but advisable if you wish to visit other parts of the island, and we can recommend Sol Car Hire for good service. WiFi is also available at The Smugglers and Delaney's Bar and also a short drive away at several bars in St Lluis and Punta Prima. Sheets and House Towels are provided (changed weekly for stays of two weeks or more); you will need to take your own Beach Towels. The Villa is fully insured against major catastrophe but you will need your own travel insurance for the usual things such as theft of belongings, health and accident etc. The usual change-over day is Friday.

We absolutely love the island of Menorca, especially the beautiful village of Binibeca with its charming white villas and lovely safe sandy beach, and have spent many happy holidays here before purchasing this property. Our villa is in a quiet location with its own pool, sea views and a short walk from a breath-taking cove, and is an ideal spot for the perfect family holiday. It is in walking distance to the beach, a small supermarket, restaurants and bars so a car is not necessary.

Wow, wow, wow

All the reviews are spot on. This is a wonderful villa with a great pool that is bigger than it seems in the photos. Lovely outside space as well with various choices of where to sit or lie soaking up the sun or finding some shade. The location is splendid. Great views to the sea, 5 minutes in one direction to Binibeca Vell, 10 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the wonderfully stocked Spar that has all you need and only a minute to the Bini Inn.

Inside is a delight and Sue and Richard have decorated this in a lovely homely style with lots of little touches everywhere. Ceiling fans where perfectly ample for sleeping in the height of the Summer and extra fans in every room as well. Spotlessly clean and well equipped modern kitchen. Fantastic and helpful information from start to finish. We didn't hire a car but easy to get around with taxis, bus, road train etc. My only wish is that it were mine ... Says it all really.

Excellent accomadation in a Perfect Location for our Young Family

We have recently returned from our stay at the Casa Blanca (Binibeca) and cannot praise the Villa enough. We have stayed in Binibeca on numerous occasions and this property is by far our favourite.

The 2 bedroom villa was exceptionally maintained and located in a perfect location close to the beach and a variety of good quality restaurants, ideally suited for our family holiday with 2 children (aged 3 and 5).

The owners attention to detail (e.g. Villa instructions, welcome pack, provision of mosquito plugs, etc.) enabled us to settle and feel right at home very quickly.

Extras such as a comprehensive range of DVDs and CDs really added to an excellent holiday experience as well as a good sized private pool and attractively decorated property, both internally and externally.

We would highly recommend this property to anyone, with or without children and are already looking to book again for our holiday in the summer of 2017.

Thank you for a fantastic break.

Just as the photos look

The villa is beautiful, spacious, well-furnished and equipped. The pool is fantastic and bigger than the photos seem. Our children are 4and 7 and the villa and area were perfect for us. Close to the cove, beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a wonderful week and didn't want to leave. Thank you!

Fantastic Villa!

We have just returned after a blissful 2 weeks staying in Casa Blanca. Over the last 8 years we have stayed in numerous villas in Binibeca and Casa Blanca is without doubt our favourite. The villa is very well equipped and as previously stated in other reviews is situated very close to restaurants/bars and supermarkets. We felt at home as soon as we arrived and loved the pool and various terraces that offered both sun and shade. The owners Sue and Richard are a delight to deal with and obviously take pride in their home in the sun!

Looking forward to our return in 2016.

Binibeca Vell is famous for its fishing village, with its shops and restaurants, and is just a few minutes walk from the villa. Binibeca beach is also a few minutes walk in the opposite direction, with more restaurants and bars at Cala Torret. The larger towns of Mahon and St Llluis are a short drive away, and there is a regular bus service to these towns as well, plus a road-train to Punta Prima.
