Great place in perfect location
Loved this suite. Will try to get this place again when we come back to Kelowna. Close to everything and such a great neighbourhood to walk around. And a perfect park just 2 minutes down the road for the kids.
Great accomadation and great neighbourhood
My sister and I loved our stay! The day light basement apartment was perfect! We had a bit of trouble with the door entry code system but once we realized the problem all was well. We really enjoyed our get away to Kelowna!
Great vacation rental
Great 2 bedroom unit with good sized and well equipped kitchen. It's also quite cool given that it's slightly below grade. Backyard is relatively easy to access for bbqs. There are also plenty of amenities nearby. The nearby beach is ok, but we preferred driving a little bit to the Gyro beach. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Apartment close to the beach
We stayed here for Labour Day Weekend and had a great time. We ran the Kelowna Wine Run. The suite was clean, fresh and beautifully decorated. We spent a lot of time in the back yard where there is a BBQ, table and lounge furniture. We also spent lots of time touring the amazing wineries around the Okanogan.
We were 2 adult couples but this would also be appropriate for a family. 2 queen size beds.
If I have the tiniest of complaints, it would be that we didn't like the coffee maker (pod type). So much easier to have a simple coffee pot. We had a harder time finding the pods (not kuerig) and I don't like that type of coffee.
This newly renovated homes is located in the trendy Pandosy area of Kelowna. We are an 8 minute walk to the Pandosy shopping and restaurant area, 2 minutes to the public beach at Kinsmen Park (with Tennis Courts) and the Abbott Street Corridor. Kelowna General Hospital is a 10 minute walk. Grocery and convenience stores are also conveniently close by. (Urban Fare has a lovely prepared take out/ Deli food area with Sushi, Salads, and heartier meals). A great selection of restaurants nearby include Mexican, Indian, Thai, Pizza, Sushi, The Fixx (a category all by itself!! - it's awesome- Make reservations in advance), fast food, and "Western style" mixed menu restaurants are all available. Pharmacies, banks, Coffee Houses (Starbuck's too) and gas bars are also in this area.
Yoga and workout facilities are also within walking/biking distance. Sport equipment rentals (Sport's Rent and Fresh Air Experience) are also nearby (.8km) include bikes, sup's, ski/board equipment, as well as other water sports.
Art Galleries are worthy of your visit. SOPA and Tutt Street Gallery are both beautiful and offer a wide selection of pieces. Have a coffee and enjoy the stroll.
...And don't forget wine tasting...located less than 10 minutes by car to world renown and highly acclaimed wineries! I would highly recommend a wine tour. Then you can actually enjoy all the sampling and have a relaxed afternoon while someone else does the driving.
If you are visiting us during the ski season, Big White is about a 45min drive. Big White is world renowned for their champagne powder and great trails. You can X-country ski, snow shoe, and even take the family on a sleigh ride. It's always a great day at Big White! Costco sells discount passes....just an FYI. :)
The Downtown Core is located in the North End of Kelowna (north of Hwy 97). It's a 33 minute walk (along the Abbott Street Corridor thru to City Park), driving is a 5minutes. The Downtown has the vibrant night life, more restaurants, bars, live bands in the park during the summer, and more shopping in the Bernard Street Shopping area.
This is an unbeatable location. Enjoy your stay!
