Under the roof of a building from the 18th century, welcome to 'The Poop ...

After climbing the spiral staircase of origin, you will enjoy the comfort of this warm and luminous T2 apartment, about 40 m2 (4th floor), for up to 5 people.

Classified furnished with tourism 3 stars.

The main room is organized into three areas:

- A seating area with a large convertible corner sofa double bed 140 by 200 (TV, home cinema and DVD / CD player, board games, books ...)

- A kitchen with all the necessary equipment: induction hob, oven (grill, microwave and convection oven), fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee and espresso, raclette etc.

- The dining area with a large table.

The separate bedroom has a double bed 140 by 190 (new latex bedding) and an extra bed 90 by 190.

The linen is optional (sheets, towels: € 10 per person)

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine.

Walled beaten by the sea, this seasonal rental Intramuros is located in the attic of a 18th-century building, fourth floor, accessible by a wooden spiral staircase, not recommended for people with mobility difficulties.

Ideal for holidays in Saint-Malo ramparts, 300m beaches (Bon Secours, the Mole, the Fan, the Sillon ..) the city steeped history of the wind and its many shops, galleries Arts , restaurants, museums, character bars, the spa Thermes Marins, St. Malo Aquarium .....

Everything can be done on foot from the apartment (many walks on the beaches, in the old city, cultural tours .....)

Bus service from the station, stop a few minutes. Supermarket 300m for all races. Internet access in a coffee roaster a few steps of the Elm Street. Laundry for a few meters, if necessary, dryer.

Trading ports, fishing and boating, many ships sailing ships and the departure point for ferries to the Channel Islands ...

And for discovering the Emerald Coast routes (Cancale, the tip of the Varde and Grouin, Dinard, Dinan, Mont St Michel), and more to Fougeres and its castle, Rennes, Zoo Bourbansais ..

Several shipping companies offer boat trips in the bay of St Malo and the Rance. You can also make the crossing of the Bay by boat 'bus' to visit Dinard and beautiful villas.

Do not forget to discover the coast between St Malo and Cancale with the beautiful beaches of the Guimorais, handles Du Guesclin and the Orchard ... and malouinières ...

THE PARKING CARD IS GETTING FREE AT YOUR DISPOSAL.

During school holidays, the weekly rent is privileged (rent by the night planned at the last minute)

De retour à la Dunette, notre séjour a une nouvelle fois été des plus agréables.

Si à l'avenir les vents nous portent une nouvelle fois vers Saint-Malo, nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

appartement très propre et proprietaires agreables

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour a St MALO pendant les vacances de février ou à notre surprise nous avons eu 2 belles journées.

Très bon accueil de Mr MASOTTA mais aussi de la police municipal (il faut faire attention a ne pas se garer n'importe où).

Nous reviendrons chez vous!!!

Charmante location sous les toits de Saint Malo

Location idéalement située dans la vieille ville, tout en étant au calme. Le logement est très agréable. La carte de parking fournie par le propriétaire est très appréciable et les propriétaires sont charmant ( et les confitures très bonnes !!).

Nous recommandons très vivement cette location où nous avons passé 3 semaines bien reposantes.

Agréable séjour en famille

Séjour très appréciable pour un réveillon familial ! On a même eu la chance d'avoir un sapin décoré pour l'occasion!

La situation de l'appartement, en Saint-Malo intra-muros a rendu les balades en bord de mer d'autant plus agréables! Ceux qui ne connaissent pas (et ceux qui connaissaient comme nous) apprécieront!

Première expérience via cette plateforme, le suivi à été parfait, les hôtes très attentifs à nos besoins!

A refaire avec grand plaisir!!
