House with 3 bedrooms rubble in a relaxing

The house dates from the 18th century and was completely renovated in the rules of art.

The area is 150 m2 and includes a fully equipped kitchen, the living room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 5 single beds. A shower room and a bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The house is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer etc ...

Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue. The garden is 700m2 surrounded by vineyards. There is a garage and swings for children.

Several services are optional: end of stay cleaning, linen, towels.

Très jolie maison et les propriétaires super sympathique; de bons conseils pour les balades et commerces. .. Cadeaux de bienvenue ... Maison très propres, spacieuse avec une terrasse agréable le long des vignes.

The house with its private garden and swimming pool above ground is placed in a quiet hamlet.

A 13 km from St Emilion in the heart of the wine region of Entre Deux Mers Bordeaux. Village with multi-services (post Point Grocery restaurant bar). We can also recommend several excellent restaurants in the area as well as castles for wine tasting. The area is also famous for its houses.

The historic city of Bordeaux (now has UNESCO heritage status) is 40 kms, to visit day or night.

Slightly below the beautiful shores of the Atlantic with Arcachon or Cap Ferret or the Dune du Pyla dune sand of the highest in Europe.

The Dordogne with its beautiful castles and prehistoric caves that are close enough for a day trip.
