New listing - city centre, immaculate, spacious 1 bed flat newly renovated
We are a family living locally in Edinburgh. I'm a stay at home mum these days, but manage both our holiday properties, our cottage in Gullane, at the beach about 45 minutes outside Edinburgh, and our flat in Edinburgh's City Centre. We all love travelling and try to bring back ideas to constantly update and improve the experience our guests have when they come to stay. I love to cook and we all enjoy experiencing new tastes when we travel, as well as new cultures and activities. We have a very busy life with work, sporty children and lots of social gatherings with family and friends. We know the city well, so feel free to ask any questions and we'll see what we can do to answer them. We're happy to recommend local eateries, bars, cafes, etc. if you give us your preferences and budget guide, so please don't hesitate to ask. We look forward to welcoming you to Edinburgh.

Very cozy apartment. Quiet. Good location.
The apartment was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Great hot shower. Always nice. Everything is well organized. We could walk to Grassmarket and the castle. Nice little tea room around the corner. Isobel has made some nice creative touches. However, she had a lot going on and her delayed and lack of communication made me a bit nervous. Yet, everything worked out and was probably not her norm. Great place.
Thank you Bruce, and my apologies that my response was somewhat delayed - a family wedding with lots of visitors staying in our home and an immediate trip to Paris for the childrens’ sport - too much going on, so I am sorry to have concerned you. Thank you for your lovely comments about the apartment, i’m so glad that you enjoyed your trip to Edinburgh and accommodation while you were here. Do come back anytime. With very best wishes, Isobel
Beautiful apartment close to Old Town
The apartment was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We didn't get to take advantage of the great looking kitchen with gas range during our short stay, but it looked well equipped for most meals you'd want to prepare. The bathroom is pretty compact, with a shower, toilet and sink only, but it was perfectly suitable and the fixtures are all lovely and new.
We were originally supposed to have a longer stay but due to flight cancellations we had to cut our stay shorter - I would have loved to have stayed the extra time as the apartment was so great, and was close to many sights.
Great Location in a Cute Block of Flats
The apartment was clean, roomy, and the kitchen was well equipped. It made our stay in Edinburgh very enjoyable.
Comfortable and well-appointed apartment
This newly renovated flat is comfortable, very clean, and has nice quality furnishings and fittings. It's convenient for shops and transportation, yet is on a quiet crescent with a garden. Old Town is nearby, as is Princes Street Gardens and the New Town. We especially enjoyed the short walk to The Meadows, and a Sunday walk along the Union Canal (just 2 minutes away).
The flat is thoughtfully laid out, and everything needed for a short or long stay is there. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with new pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery, as well as a full cooktop and oven. The shower works well, and the hot water is always available.
Isobel was available for questions before our trip, as well as during our stay, and sent us excellent arrival instructions and directions.
We enjoyed our visit very much, and would not hesitate to stay here again.
Boutique flat with all comforts
Slightly off the beaten track but conveniently placed, Isobel’s flat is located in a character full building in a quiet cul de sac. The flat is beautifully decorated and one feels very spoilt! Loved it.
Beautiful flat, perfect location!
I went to Edinburgh Uni, so I know the city well enough to want to stay somewhere outside of the super-touristy bits when we come back to visit. Isobel's flat fits that bill perfectly! The neighborhood is residential and somewhat quiet, but still easily walkable to Princes St. (and some of my favorite spots, including Lebowski's).
Edinburgh is an amazing historic city. Year-round it has so much to see and do. Edinburgh hosts many festivals, but is probably best known for the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe Festival in August, offering comedy, theatre, music, dance,
