Condo, 2 extra large King Bedrooms + Loft + Den, 3 bathrooms, (Sleeps 4-8)

Our Condo Unit #307 is the largest, most desirable, and top rated by past renters in our complex! We have owned and operated our condo since purchased in 2006. Our unit is 1500 sq ft spread over 2 floors. We have also the best location in Snow Blaze with an unobstructed view of Park City resort and Pay Day Lift right from our living room balcony. We just added another full bathroom upstairs and new flooring through out our condo. We have separate access from the loft and the King Bedroom to the Bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there are Two full bathrooms and 1 Master King Bedroom - Upstairs there is an extra large King bedroom and loft area where there is a pull out Sofa if additional sleeping places are needed.

We are Located across the parking lot to Park City Mountain Resort- which makes this the ideal location to stay in Park City. Only a three-minute walk to ski lifts, within walking distance of the free bus to golf, movie theatres, spa and historic main street where there are great restaurants, and shops.

The condominium is in a perfect location to take advantage of the free Park City buses which stops a half of a block from the condominium.

. Both king size beds have new Duvets and down comforters. There is a separate sitting area upstairs with TV/DVD and stereo in addition to the living room downstairs with TV/DVD and fireplace.

If additional sleeping space is necessary, there is a trundle bed in the upstairs bedroom . Also the couch in the loft can be pulled out to a queen-size bed. The other couch in our living room downstairs is comfortable for sleeping if needed.

The condominium was recently upgraded with wood floors, new kitchen cabinets and the additional full bath upstairs. We have granite counters in the kitchen and baths. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to eat at home. We also have new stainless steel appliances. Both baths have jetted tubs and the living room has a wood burning fireplace for those cold winter nights. You have a straight on view of the Swimming Pool, Hot Tub and Fire Pit from our balcony.

Our Condo speaks for itself as we have the most and best ratings!

Why John and Debi Rodden chose Park City area

We came to Park City to ski and fell in love with the area. So one day when it was a massive white out and it snowed for 2 days straight and the powder was 2-3 feet deep we decided to look around at some properties for sale. We looked at many areas, but when we saw Snow Blaze we knew it was perfect for us. The location being a short walking distance to town and the view we have from our unit is breath taking. We also loved the ambience of a small complex. We made it cozy and perfect for ourselves and our guests as well. We hope they feel at home when they are there as we do.

Great location and great view of PCMR. Right across the street and easy walk.

Condo was in a great location - right across the street/parking lot from PCMR. The condo had everything we needed and was furnished nicely. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs loft/bedroom was perfect for my teenagers. We walked to Main Street one day (less than a mile) and took the free snow bus back which drops you right in the back of the condo. Thanks to Debi (the owner) - we had a little issue with the Wifi, but she was very responsive and fixed it right away. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Close to everything you need, wonderful communicative owners, and stylish updated accomodations

We've stayed at PCMR for the last 5 years at different units which have ranged from sufficient to 'lets not stay here again'. This unit on the edge of the PCMR parking lot, with views to Payday lift, was the absolute best experience we've had yet. The rooms had king-sized beds, plenty of pillows for all, well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. There is even a mounted Jack-a-Lope for all to enjoy in the condo (lol). The owners had placed a book of useful information right at the entrance. The entry into the shower/tub in the master main floor bathroom is quite a step as its also a jacuzzi tub. There is a grab bar, but if you have limited mobility issues, you may want to take that into consideration of renting this unit. It was not a problem for us. You do have a slight walk up the hill, through the parking lot, to either the free City buses, or to the Mountain Village plaza. Its no farther than if you parked in the back row of the parking lot. We enjoyed the hottub after our days of skiing, and it was clean, well heated, and easy to access. The parking in the garage is limited. We had to park on the street the first night until spaces opened up. We will absolutely stay here again. Good times for all. Thank you

Great property great location Super comfy n roomy

Would give it five stars but really would've liked to have Wi-Fi access and in unit. washer n dryer .... Also was difficult to figure out the heating system getting right temp… Electric baseboard heat was difficult to control. Really appreciated the humidifiers. Updated bathroom and kitchen were wonderful. Also warn future guests that they need quarters to operate the washer and dryer . All in all we had a truly fabulous time!!!thank you

Snow Blaze Proves Amazing

Our stay at Debi and John Rodden's home was better than we could have imagined.

Debi was a delight to work with and extremely patient when Home Away had IT problems accepting reservation payments.

Our women's week to attend the Sundance Film Festival was a bit taunting as we planned and looked for a place large enough to hold the 7 of us who had committed to the trip. Originally, we started as a group of 4 and soon grew to 7. We needed a place large enough to hold us all for a few days but not so large or expensive that it was overwhelming when only 4 of us were there for the majority. This home allowed all of us a cozy space to sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pull out trundle bed satisfied the additional guests who arrived later in the week.

We really appreciated being able to have a common living room space unused by anyone for sleeping quarters.

The kitchen seemed well stocked although we only made one breakfast there the whole week.

The location was perfect as it allowed us to walk to the majority of shuttle stops, downtown and Park City ski resort.

The extra bathroom worked well to accommodate all of us needing to shower. Although the lighting was a bit scarce, we managed just fine.

We loved this home and hope to return next year.

Great stay!

We had a lovely time in the condo. Location is perfect.....the accommodations were perfect for us. We had 5 girls and never an issue getting ready or running into each other. Would definitely stay again.
