Alii Villas is the 'BEST KEPT SECRET' in all of Kona. Great location! The grounds and landscaping are beautifully maintained. Great views of the Pacific Ocean and Kailua Bay. Everything is excellent condition. The pool has a solar and propane heater so it will always be at the perfect temperature for your comfort. Our property managers are friendly, courteous and ready to answer your questions about our beautiful island.

Sit on our large tiled lanai on cushioned teak steamer chairs, and watch the surf, cruise ships, parasailers, whales, spinner dolphins, sunsets, and the lights of Kona Town reflecting on Kailua bay at night, all from the comfort of our condo & lanai. Kona has probably the most perfect weather in the world with daytime highs in the 80's and nighttime lows around 70 (24-7-365), our lanai will be your favorite spot in paradise.

Our Condo is beautifully appointed and furnished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable, including HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET service and air conditioning. The kitchen features new appliances and everything you would expect for preparing a gourmet meal and entertaining. The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with quality linen. All of the bath linen you will need is furnished including beach towels. There are ceiling fans in every room, and two on the lanai. Everything is provided for your stay to be comfortable. You will not be disappointed!

About Dave

Pam and I spend as much time at our condo in Kona as we can. We are usually there 3 or 4 times a year. This is not just a business for us, it is what we love. You will see that reflected in our condo. When we are on the island we golf, fish, go to the beach and spend time with our Hawaiian Island friends. We enjoy taking our grandchildren and introducing family and friends to the Aloha spirit. Some of our fondest memories have been made in Hawaii. We hope you have the opportunity to make some there also. We take pride in having the cleanest, best furnished and cared for rental property you will ever walk into. Why Dave chose Kona Coast

From the first day we spent in Kona in 1993 Pam and I knew we wanted a place here. We owned several vacation homes on the Oregon Coast, but loved the warm weather and ocean in Kona. The opportunity presented itself in 2000, and we jumped at the chance to own our piece of paradise. Since then we have learned the best year around climate is in Kona. With day time highs in the 80's and nighttime lows in the 70's 365 days a year, it has without a doubt the best weather in the world. If you don't believe it, try and find somewhere else in the world that has better weather. The locals say there is “always a breeze, but never windy”. The name Kona in Hawaiian means 'the wind'. In the 'Days of the kings' all the royalty lived in Kona (there is a reason). You will not only find beautiful warm days and nights 24/7/365 but a wonderful culture and locals that not only welcome you, but embrace your presents. What makes this condo unique

Our property, Alii Villas (Alii means royalty) is very unique. We are located only 1 mile from the center of Kona town. Our buildings are solid concrete, which makes our condo very quiet and cool. Our view is back to Kailua bay and the Pacific Ocean; we see the lights of Kona town at night. Our Lanai is large and very private. Our condo has a traditional Hawaiian ambiance. It will not feel like a hotel room. The beautiful lush grounds and landscaping are very well maintained. We would love to have you as our guests. Aloha Dave & Pam

Beautfil condo, wonderful stay

We stayed 11 days at the condo, with our son and daughter-in-law from Juneau, Alaska. The place met all our expectations, and more. The owners have paid meticulous attention to details that made the place a delight to be in. We have stayed four times at different units at Alii Villas; we love the convenient location, and the care and beauty of the complex. This was the best, very tasteful, the classiest! Pam and Dave Towry are very friendly and cordial and efficient, good communicators.

Amazing stay on Da Big Island!

We had such a great time on the big island and a lot of it has to do with Dave, Pam and Gloria. The condo was an excellent base for us on our island adventures. It was clean, has an incredible view and is very easy to get in and out of. The lanai was our favourite place and most of our time in the condo was spent there. We loved the access to the Kailua downtown and had fun with the Element. I am very impressed with how things are run, from Dave's great communication to Gloria's welcoming personality we simply had a blast. This was a special trip for us as it was in memory of my late father and we couldn't have made a better choice.

We'll be back, the island is already calling my name.

We've just returned home after spending some wonderful days at Dave and Pam's home in Kona. The condo is beautifully decorated and really felt like being in our own home. The only problem that we experienced was that we eventually had to leave! Next time we'll stay longer. We highly recommend this beautiful rental.

Dave and Pam offer the perfect combination of exceptional hosts with a fantastic location/condo. The Big Island is a very unique place, and it will take a long time to fully appreciate it's complexity. Ali'i Villas provide a very central location to begin your exploration, or to continue your discovery of the Big Island. The use of their Honda Element only improves the overall experience, as you will not have to deal with the cost or hassle of dealing with a car rental company. This is a first-class condo, impeccably decorated, with a Stunning view.

Highly recommend this condo!

We loved our stay here! We are a family of 4 with kids ages 9 and 11. It had everything you would need for a great stay in Kailua Kona. Wonderful location, close to town and popular beaches. We enjoyed the BBQ area and pool and sunsets every night on the lanai. Thank you Dave and Pam! We highly recommend this property!

Perfect condo for Hawaii adventure & relaxation!

We enjoyed two glorious weeks on the Big Island, and Dave & Pam's condo was the perfect base camp. The condo was perfect for two of us - and four of us for a week when our adult kids joined us. Though we only made an occasional breakfast and lunch in the kitchen, it was convenient and well stocked. The beds - and pillows - were comfortable - and we appreciated the quality of linens. The Lanai was where we spent most of our time...playing games, eating and watching sunsets and spinner dolphins in the bay. A bonus was delighting in the fireworks over the bay on the 4th! The Honda Element was a terrific vehicle from which to explore the Island: we did tons of snorkeling, hiking, waterfall gazing and loved exploring Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Having been to Maui, Oahu and Kauai, our stay at Dave and Pam's has assured us we will return for many future explorations and delights of the Big Island. And, Hawaii is now our favorite Island! Finally, Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with; he is incredibly responsive, thorough and generous. Mahalo!
