Excellent in every respect !
Met all our expectations - great central location to assist all touring intentions using the necessary car. Clean, comfortable & an ideal size for 2 people. Supported by wonderful hosts who were happy to assist us with sound advice at any time. Well recommended.
Thank you very much for your kind review it was our great pleasure to have you to stay.
Very cosy cottage with a lovely, large well maintained garden.
Set off the main road down a gravel path in a central village ideally situated for touring all areas of Cornwall. The cottage is a attached to the main property. Extremely well stocked with a mixture of oldy worldly furniture but modern appliances in the kitchen and a modern shower/bathroom. Kitchen had every amenity you would hope for in a self catering holiday and more. Patio with table and chairs overlooking a large picturesque garden. Parking on the drive. Very welcoming owners who were extremely helpful without being intrusive.
Thank you both so much for your lovely review we are so pleased you enjoyed your time at Sweet Pea.
Lovely holiday location
Lovely cottage and beautiful gardens. The cottage is beautifully presented and well equipped. It is well situated for easy access to all points in Cornwall. Everything was done to make us welcome, including a lovely cream tea on arrival. A very enjoyable week.

The perfect home away from home
First time travellers to Cornwall, we loved this peaceful location with all its home comforts and it was a joy to return here each day after our sightseeing. Sue was very welcoming and helpful with lots of local knowledge and we found the location very central for trips by car, in any direction. Loved the garden and the posy vases on the windowsill such a nice touch. Everything we needed and more after travelling for several weeks.
Thank you so much for your very kind review we both really appreciate it.
Everything you need
We have just returned from a week at Sweet Pea where the facilities, and location were both very good. The cottage is well equipped ,clean and well maintained, even including a cool bag for picnics, and we enjoyed coming "home "after a day out because everything was there. Ample parking for our car, and so quiet at all times of the day .The garden was beautiful , I enjoyed pulling back the curtains first thing to see the rabbits on the lawn and the weather allowed us to have breakfast on the patio and wine on the garden benches in the evening .
The location allowed us to visit many places without having to drive miles, North and South coast within easy reach. We enjoyed walking the coastal path and also going to Truro .
The owner Susan was most helpful with anything from where to find good ice creams to using the Wi FI .
I certainly recommend Sweet pea to my friends , and we hope to return .
Thank you very much for your extremely kind review it is very much appreciated.
