A bright and spacious apartment that is perfect for families or large groups on a budget wanting to explore central London.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, a very large sitting room with a double sofa bed and also a very comfortable folding single bed - so it can easily accommodate six people.

There is also a pretty balcony accessed from the sitting room and the main bedroom, a large kitchen with room for eating and a modern bathroom.

The apartment has unlimited WiFi at 52 Mb/s, satellite TV with Premiership Football, a stereo, a lockable safe, a washing machine and a fridge freezer.

There is secure entry to the building and two lifts to the apartment which is on the second floor. There is free parking at the apartment too.

The apartment is ideally located for visiting central London. There are four underground stations within 5 minutes walk and Shepherd's Bush station is on the Central Line, which will take you into the heart of London in 15 minutes and to Notting Hill Gate and the Portobello Rd market in just 5 minutes.

If you want to take a rest from going into central London, the local area has great shops, restaurants and markets. The famous Westfield Shopping Centre, Europe's largest shopping centre with 370 shops, is 5 minutes from the apartment.

If you are a group of 6 or just a couple you will feel at home in this fantastic apartment which you'll love coming back to after a hard day of sightseeing.

Perfect apartment in a central location

Have just spent 6 days in Jonathan's apartment which was perfect in every way. The apartment is spacious and would easily sleep 6 people - 2 bedrooms with double beds and a very comfortable couch in the lounge which opens up as a double bed. The kitchen had everything you need and there were some nice touches throughout the apartment. The balcony was very handy - we were lucky with the weather and it was great fun sitting and watching people go by, relaxing with a cup of tea. The apartment is very central, there are buses literally on your doorstep, more choices of buses in Shepherds Bush which is five minutes walk away and the choice of two underground stations within a few minutes walk (Goldhawk Road and Shepherds Bush). Great choice of restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. You really could not ask for a better situated apartment. It was very easy to communicate with Jonathan- he answered all emails by return, as well as any questions we had and gave clear instructions on how to collect keys, etc. Would definitely stay in his apartment again if we came back to London.

Exactly as described.

I knew the block of flats a million years ago it sure has deteriorated the grounds are unkept probably due to it being a council block of flats. The weather was very warm Windows had to be opened and the noise was dreadful due to location. The smell in the lift was pretty awful. The unit was clean and comfortable and Jonathon is very helpful.

Good location; safe for family

We came with young children and Jonathan's accommodation was great and comfortable. The location is perfect with 3 stations and plenty of buses to choose from- very easy. The apartment grooming and the area does not cut a great impression- especially the hygiene of the apartment lift can put you off; but once you are inside the apartment, it's warm and cozy. The place needs proper cleaning before someone moves in. Jonathan is very helpful and his manager Beattie is very helpful. Overall, recommend for a family who has a busy outdoor agenda and needs a place to sleep in.

Great location reasonably priced place to stay

We stayed at the apartment for four nights, it was easy to find and in a great location for shops bars and take aways. Both the tube and overground railway stations are within a five minute walk which made travelling around simple. Although the bathroom looks a bit tired the apartment was clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. I would certainly recommend a stay here. We used a taxi company to take us from Heathrow to the apartment recommended by the owner. They were professional with new vehicle's reasonably priced and waiting for us on arrival.

Only issues outside of owners control.

I have to agree with the other favourable reviews. This is a great apartment and the owner is super helpful and easy to work with. Everything went very smoothly and it was a great location. The only issues for us were street noise and the condition of the building lobby, both outside of the owners control. The windows on the building are very effective at closing out street noise, but if its hot, then you are likely to have them open. The apartment is excellent value for the location, so a bit of traffic noise is the trade off for that. We enjoyed the balcony during the day and, as others have noted, the apartment is very well stocked with everything you could need, as well as an excellent London location. If you are looking for value London accommodation, this is an excellent choice.

Great stay for families!

My mom, son, daughter, and I recently spent 3 nights in Jonathan's apartment and it was perfect for us. Easy to get to from the airport-- we took the tube and walked about 10 minutes. The place wasn't ready when we arrived a little earlier than expected, but we were able to store our bags and explore. The apartment is right off of Shepherds Bush Rd, so there is some street noise, but location is convenient to restaurants (Wagamama, a fave is only a 5 min walk away), shops, various tube stations, a playground for kids. Shepherds Bush Central Line tube stop goes right into Zone 1 and was very easy to get to. Kids under 12 ride free too!

The apartment itself had plenty of space for us. We didn't cook while there, but it was great to have a fridge and tea kettle for breakfast in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the entire place was neatly decorated (just as in pictures). Wifi worked well so I

was able to get some work done too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to families looking to spread out and not need to get more than one hotel room to do it. Jonathan communicated everything well in advance of our stay and left great directions once in the apartment. Thanks again!
