Townhome at Mill Run, Remodeled Kitchen, Private deck, carport and more!
About Linda Stark
Mountain People, travelers, lovers of Colorado (Linda is a native) we chose Breckenrige as a second home in 2013. After three years in a small studio just down the road (which we rented through VRBO) we decided it was time for a place where we could also bring friends and family. Now in semi-retirement we are involved in supporting indigenous textile artisans through a not-for-profit ClothRoads: A Global Textile Marketplace, and Alan is a backcountry National Ski Patrol member with Bryan Mountain. We met over 40 years ago through our book publishing careers. Boulder, Co is our first home.

Why Linda Stark chose Warrior's Mark
We love Warrior's Mark as an area. Quiet, beautiful, and very close to the mountain and Main Street. The Blue River within a stone's throw. We would walk by Mill Run on our way to the Warrior's Mark Park to play with our dog Willy. We loved the architecture, the gardens, the privacy, a front door --- no entry hallway or steps. Summer would be grand with a big outdoor deck. skylights, and pristine mountain views from the second floor. Hey we could LIVE here.
What makes this Townhome unique
So nice to park in the private carport and 10 steps to unload all your gear in the foyer. Such a luxury! The free bus (40 yards) takes us to Beaver Run where we walk 40 steps and we're on the lift heading up Peak 8 or 9.

Spring break in Breckenridge
Condo was wonderful! It had everything we needed, was super close to the bus line and an easy walk to town. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space.
Spring break in Breckenridge
We had a terrific time in Breckenridge for spring break. The Mill Road condo had everything we needed. It had a great layout and worked well for my husband and I and three older teenagers. The bus stop was super close so we could easily get to the slopes and into town. The condo is just a few short blocks from town and an easy walk (if it's not too cold and you aren't carrying skis). Loved the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The condo kitchen was well furnished and saved us some money by eating in most evenings. The City Market is just a very short drive from the condo. We also loved the covered carport....saved us from scraping ice and snow off the car!
Customer service was wonderful. Linda was in touch before we arrived and made sure we knew how to get into the condo and access everything.
