A lovely holiday cottage for four located in the heart of the Sussex countryside. All of the accommodation is on the ground floor, there is an open plan living/ dining and kitchen area. The well equipped kitchen includes a full oven and gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is an extendable dining table perfect for a family meal. The living room has comfortable seating with television with Freeview channels and Wifi.
There is a utility room separate to the cottage with shared washing facilities, iron and board and a sink.
There are two ground floor bedrooms - one double bedroom and one twin room (two single beds); both rooms have fitted wardrobes for storage. The spacious modern bathroom has a walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
To the rear of the cottage is a courtyard garden space with views over the countryside and to the front there is access to the shared gardens and where a full size table tennis table is available.
A charge of £25.00 per stay will be made for each dog (guide dogs for the blind and registered assistance dogs excepted). Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog with you. This property will accept a maximum of one dog.
Wisborough Green and beyond
Wisborough Green is in the Sussex Weald and on the edges of the South Downs National park. Beautiful landscapes, walks and countryside activities are on your doorstep. Wisborough Green is a typical English village with a large village green where many events are held throughout the year including vintage car ralllies, fetes and local cricket matches. There are two public houses on the green which are in a perfect spot to enjoy acold drink and watch the many summer activities on the green.

Just 6 miles away is the beautiful town of Petworth, an historic market town which is best known as the location of the stately home Petworth House and deer park which was landscaped by Capability Brown. The house and its grounds are now owned and maintained by the National Trust. The magnificent country house contains an internationally renowned art collection with numerous works by Turner. The town is full of quaint houses and cottages, many within their own courtyard settings. They are interspersed with antique shops and tea rooms so it makes the ideal place for a stroll following your enjoyment of Petworth House and Park.
Further on from Petworth you will find Midhurst nestling next to Cowdray Park. The Cowdray Estate is most famous for its polo club particularly in June and July when the polo set meet for the Gold Cup. The Cowdray ruins are also of note since they were important early Tudor courtiers' palaces built from 1520 and form an impressive backdrop to Midhurst.
