Located in the family friendly Tierra Del Sol community, our home is ideally situated at the end of the street-providing a quiet retreat after your fun filled day in Moab and its surrounding area. Sit back and enjoy the views of the La Sal Mountains to the southeast and the the red rock cliffs to the southwest.

*Our spacious living room has ample and comfortable seating (brand new sofa and love seat) to relax and unwind after a long day. Sit back and enjoy our 50 inch TV and DVD player. Lots of family friendly DVDs available as well as a closet full of games.

*The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare anything from the smallest meal to a large holiday feast. Our large table seats 8 easily and can accommodate 10. Enjoy the shade of our covered dining area in our fully fenced grassy back yard, while grilling and dining.

*The master suite has a super comfy king bed with new bedding and adjoining bath with shower bath combination. Large walk in closet and oversized TV/DVD.

*Bedroom #2 - queen bed also has memory foam topper and new bedding. Door to outside patio provides ideal location for morning coffee and views.

*Bedroom #3 -The kids will have a blast in their private bunk room with room for 4. Door to outside patio provides access to fenced in backyard.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath with shower/bath combination and we also have a half bath near the kitchen/dining room.

*Storage-Not a problem!!We have an oversized two car garage that comes equipped with an air compressor/tools/ping pong table/bike rack and plenty of room for storing all of your motorized and non-motorized toys. The driveway also allows for plenty of parking, and plenty of street parking for your trailers!

*Community Pool and hot tub are just a short walk away. Relax in the hot tub while the kids burn off any remaining energy in the pool.

About Michelle Tychsen

We are a family of 5 and have been coming to Moab since our oldest was a year old. We finally decided it was time to have a place of our own! Ranging in age from 16 years old to 87 years young, we love coming to Moab. There is something for every age and interest in this unique town in Southern Utah. We look forward to sharing our beautiful home with people from all over the world.

In our search for a home in Moab, we knew we wanted something with a great gathering space. This unit has it! It has been specially modified to remove a wall where most of the other units in this community have a wall, in order to open up the living space. We love the oversized 2 car garage, the fenced in yard, the proximity to town and to all of the trails we like to ride and hike. 7 beds.

What makes this townhome unique

Our home has a great floorplan, great for large groups to be able to gather. The views of the Moab Rim are breathtaking. Only a short walk to the community pool and hot tub, and plenty of street parking for trailers, we feel like we got the best deal in town!

We would highly recommend friends and family to stay here in the future. The house is very clean, updated, and guest friendly. We went for an UTV trip and there was plenty of parking for 3 trucks and 3 trailers. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town. Can't wait to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful, spotless, every amenity you would want/need in Moab!

From the moment we opened the door, we knew that this home was the perfect place to stay in beautiful Moab. Beautifully decorated, highest quality furniture, gas fireplace, large TV with many viewing options, large well appointed kitchen, very comfortable king bed and 2 1/2 spotless bathrooms. Home seemed brand new. Large spotlessly clean laundry room and easy to use garage. Nice small development with pool (too cold for us at this time of year). The house is about 3 miles south of Moab and the surrounding area is mostly business parks and other housing developments. Difficult to find at night but right off of the main highway. Views of the mountains and red rock are beautiful from small fenced back yard, nice table and chairs and gas grill. Two other bedrooms have access to the side yard. Arches NP is 5-6 miles away. Town is charming with restaurants and shops. Some were closed during our visit. Only complaints are that the pillows were worn and too soft, gas grill needed a good cleaning and heating system kept defaulting to 55 degrees. Manager was very responsive. Would stay here again, hopefully when weather is warmer! Great week in Moab.

Beautiful property and great location!

We had a wonderful trip sharing the property with another family. Kids had lots of fun with the ping pong table and exploring around. Kitchen was well-stocked, the house was very clean and user friendly. Beautiful furnishings and great location.

Our home is a 10 minute drive to Arches National Park! It is about 25 minutes to Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse State Park. The main part of downtown Moab is approximately 5 minutes away, and access to hundreds of trails is anywhere from 2 minutes away to 15 minutes. Our place is just far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to get wherever you want to go in a hurry!
