From the apartment you are in walking distance of theaters, restaurants, nightclubs and casinos. Banana boat, windsurfing, diving and other recreational beach are available nearby. You'll enjoy the best holiday whatever your age.
The property was bright, clean, well-maintained and in a secure apartment block. It had everything you could need, a home from home. It was well-managed by the very helpful owner, who gave excellent customer service, along with her English-speaking colleague, Alain. It was in a perfect location for seeing the best of Cannes, access being from the grounds of the Grand Hotel and directly on the Croisette. I would highly recommend it, with ample space for 4 people staying as both the bedroom and lounge are separate rooms with doors to the hallway and access to kitchen and shower room. There is a good sized full-width balcony, with afternoon sun and plenty of chairs/sun loungers with access from both the lounge and bedroom. This is the second time we have stayed, the extra layer of double glazing to the bedroom made a big difference when blocking out the street noise. There is an abundance of restaurants within the immediate vicinity. The Saturday antiques fayre in the square is interesting. We will miss our evening walks along the colourful Croisette. There's always somewhere to sit, day or evening watching the boats and harbour lights. The apartment is close to Cannes Marina/Old Port, Castle and Le Suquet, as well as the famous Rue d'Antibes. Boules is played near the Old Port. There is a good supermarket just two streets back from the apartment with English/French pharmacy very close. The apartment has everything you might need, is suitable for all ages and comes highly recommended.
Apartment is excellent, clean, well looked after. Cleaning is free and the cleaner will come in through the week at no extra cost. Owner lives next door, speaks French and was very helpful, as is Alain who speaks excellent English. Access is from the Grand Hotel garden area which lies on the Croisette in a prime location. Layout and facilities in the apartment were all excellent. We loved our holiday here, and the evenings strolling down the Croisette to the Marina. We had only one issue, the bars, clubs and restaurants are below the bedroom window and there was noise - people and music in the street below most nights until the early hours of the morning. If you are a party goer and want to join in, this apartment is for you. If you want a good night's sleep then sad to say you need to look for somewhere further from the main centre of Cannes. Despite this glitch, we would highly recommend this holiday rental property.
This apartment is ideal for a relaxing stay. Lovers festive atmosphere will appreciate its proximity to all summer activities. Everyone will enjoy a holiday at any time of the day or night with casinos, nightclubs, restaurants, as well as diving, golf and jet-skiing.
